I would never use this company again - haven't received the materials. Website and kits looked great, so I ordered a kit that cost over £90. Waited a week and when I hadn't received anything I emailed..got a reply from Patrick saying it would be dispatched that day and should be with me next day. Nothing arrived so I emailed asking for confirmation it was dispatched...since then Patrick has ghosted me and not responded to my follow-up emails. Since ordering I've read the trustpilot reviews and it seems he does this a lot. Feels like a scam.

I ordered and paid for a gift, and since then there have been no updates, no responses to my emails, no telephone number and no delivery. Do not order from this company.

I ordered a basket kit, but sadly the order wasn’t delivered, or was pinched from the doorstep 🥲🥲 (deliver co’s photo only showed the doorstep!)
I contacted the company and they replaced my order!!

I’ve done a couple other of their kits and they are fab😁 looking forward to trying this one.

Ordered a willow basket making course and kit for my wedding anniversary (9 years is willow apparently 🤷🏻‍♂️) After a couple of days I received an email stating the items were sold out and would I like a refund or to wait which is normal. Unfortunately the wait would have put the delivery a week past my anniversary. Which any married man that’s missed multiple previous anniversaries knows… this ain’t an excuse that they’ll believe!
After letting them know my own 2 hands sent out a spoon whittling course so my wife had something to open on the day and then followed up by sending the willow basket when it was in stock.
Incredible customer service way more than expected and hugely appreciated and really pulled me out of the sh**

I highly recommend the shopping basket course!!! Top quality materials, excellent video instruction and good customer service. I can’t believe I’ve made it! I’m looking into doing other courses and will definitely keep these in mind as we get closer to the Christmas season.

I loved my course and kit. I made the oval basket and found it such an amazing experience - so therapeutic and enjoyable. The video course was really instructive and easy to follow and the kit provided everything I needed. Molly is super. I will definitely be making another one. T

Ordered and paid on 4th August, have received nothing, there is no shipping information and after several emails that have gone unanswered, I doubt I'll be receiving the item + 'free gift's. Very disappointing when you're trying to encourage small businesses, but get no communication or interaction past taking your money.

Placed order on 4th August, received shipment email same day. It’s now 13th August and the tracking website still saying the same thing. No telephone number to complain so have used the website contact and also emailed and still heard nothing. I’m so disappointed.

I really love heritage crafts and have wanted to try basket weaving for years, so was so pleased to find this company. You gain access to the videos straight away and these are very nicely filmed with great explanations.

However, the materials did take a while to arrive. After 9 days, the willow had not been despatched. But the owner (Patrick) was extremely responsive to my emails and explained that due to the bad whether this spring and summer, the willow drying process was taking their local farm longer than expected. Another package was despatched but never scanned by the courier (I suspect the courier may be an issue). However, on the third attempt, all equipment arrived and I am happy to get started. I was even given free access to any course of my choice to make up for the delayed delivery, which I very much appreciated!

I can't fault the quality of the course and great responsiveness of the owner. It's definitely worth supporting a small business and keeping heritage crafts going!

So my initial experience wasn't extremely positive, due to their advertisement (considering willow delivery takes time, their initial advertisement was a bit misleading, and I saw a lot of people were commenting the same)

I ended up loving the course and bought 3 courses over the last several months.

Their course is easy to follow and it comes with what you need - you will do better if you have certain things (vodkin etc) but they'll tell you alternatives so you can start with just their kits.

I bought a willow basket weaving course.
I got access to the online course immediately but the material hasn't come yet although it's been 4 days- they haven't shipped it yet. The website has 2 days shipping claim but I still haven't got notification whatsoever.

I hope they'll send the materials soon

I ordered the shopping basket kit with free tension tray kit. I'm not sure I have all the items and I have to pay for the tension tray kit?! Have tied emailing the company via various routes for a few days bit have had mo response. The video I do have access to however looks excellent.

Such a cool and original idea. I gave my nephew a spoon whittling kit for his birthday and he was over the moon. The set had everything he needed, customer support has been great and he's loved doing it - a great present! I'm looking forward to trying some myself now.

What a beaut and special idea - I decided to gift the beginners crochet kit to my mother and sister as well as getting it for myself so I could do it together with them. We've always wanted to try so started small and went for the 0-6 months (- 2 balls ) t make some cardigans for our newborn nephew( grandson) . Aside from anything else it is great to see such quality from the tutorials and video in general. Definitely recommend!

Thought it was great, Chose the shopping basket kit and wasn’t disappointed, the kit is good but what’s special is the lessons from the craftspeople. Thrilled I’ve made a shopping basket, never thought I would be able to.

What a fantastic activity. Well structured, easy to understand and top notch materials. Also a little bit addictive… now got my eye on the log basket!

Well, to be open and honest, when my other half opened what should have been a large wicker basket making kit and half the bits were missing I was somewhat peeved, however, they made good their mistake and some more. A 100% complete new kit was sent overnight so I was forgiven!!

I ordered a a large basket kit for my better half for Christmas, a large black plastic bag arrived (nearly 6 feet long and 1ft 6 inch diameter), it was supposed to contain all the bits to start plus a free starter kit and video. What was inside the packet was just some willow sticks, no leater handles, no soaking bag, no free kit and if you wanted to learn how to do the freek kit, it cost another £75.00. What a let-down. Not happy.

I really worried this was a scam website when I couldn't find a review on here...but I was so relieved!
The video for the Willow Weaving course arrived by email the day after I placed the order and the willow to make the items arrived just 2 days later (in the week before Xmas too!). I am thrilled and can't wait to start playing and creating with the willow
