Communication with Russ was amazing from the outset! He was extremely helpful and very honourable in providing a great price when there had been a recent (and not inconsiderable) price increase put in place by the Artist. I purchased the Queen of Rock by Paul Oz and not only did Russ manage the whole process with care and attention, he also went further and framed an older Paul Oz (that I had purchased some time ago and not from him) at cost/trade price!
