Phoned to check on availability of a couple of limited edition prints. Ended up getting a deal for two. Great service and arrived safely packaged.

Russell is so helpful. After I ordered my sculpture from
My Perfect Galery over the Christmas week I was
expecting to wait about for information and delivery
detail but no, was contacted within hours. Then had
emails about delivery with insights into the artist
Rebecca Lardner. Had information later about the day of
delivery. Was notified on the day with time slot.
My Sculpture arrived in mint condition with packaging
that you could have used to protect a meerkat from a
pack of lions whilst travelling across South Africa.
So even all of the intricate formations on the Sculpture
were in perfect condition -brilliant
Buts that's not all, Russell phoned a few days later to
check if everything arrived safely and did I have any
problems -I didn't but had a pleasant chat about future
items that I may be interested in. A company to
definitely recommend if you want a stress free
transaction, from website to home delivery.

I ordered a limited edition print at a competitive price. When I enquired as to expected timescales I received a reply with details and also asking if I was needing it for a particular deadline as they would see what they could do to speed it up if I was - I wasn’t. When I received the picture it was extremely well packaged with lots of protection. I had dialled their number to ask something but actually realised the answer and hung up before they picked up. A few minutes later I received a call back saying they had a missed call and was everything ok.

Great experience overall. Ordered the artwork online without even viewing, payed online as well. It arrived even earlier than was promised by the seller. Arrived very well wrapped and protected, so both frame and picture itself were in great condition. Very happy with their customer service and will certainly by from them again !

Outstanding service once again. This is my second purchase from Picture Perfect Gallery and again I left it late to settle on a purchase for my Son's 18th birthday🤦‍♀️. After contacting via email, Russell contacted the publisher to see if anything could be done to expedite the dispatch, whilst they couldn't guarantee delivery for the big day, the artist very generously signed an A4 dedication to my son which hopefully arrive in time. I am exceptionally delighted that both the artwork and signed dedication arrived in time and I can't thank Picture perfect, Russell, Wishbone nor Paul Oz enough. I only discovered Picture Perfect during the lockdown having preferred 'bricks and mortar' shops to see in person purchases, however after two exceptional experiences Picture Perfect is definitely my first choice. Thank you all once again.

Recently purchased a Caroline Shotton print from Picture Perfect Gallery. From beginning to end everything run smoothly thanks to Russell who was very helpful and professional and the picture was delivered in good time. Really happy with the print and how everything was handled, would definitely recommend!

Found a fabulous print of a watercolour by Cecil Rice at Picture Perfect Gallery. Dealing with the gallery was very straightforward and because it was a substantial unframed print they told me they could arrange the framing. They gave me samples of potential framing options and then arranged all the details with the framer. All in all Russ at the gallery was very easy to deal with and very efficient. Can’t fault!

Right from the start I had excellent communication from Russ. He tried to get my picture delivered for me earlier than expected.
I was so happy with everything from start to finish. The picture I bought was a retirement gift that the recipient loved.

Fantastic experience with this company. Russell dealt with me over the phone, and managed to track down the much wanted artwork for me. All phone and email communications were excellent, and the picture was delivered to my door in perfect condition within a couple of days. I don’t usually leave reviews, however I felt like I needed to for this company. Russel provided me with great customer service, and the book was packaged and delivered very quickly after placing my order.

Russ and Jay were both amazing from my initial email inquiry about a piece of Paul Oz work that had just been released but in the process of updating the website, to then sourcing me the specific edition number that I requested. They really do go the extra mile and to keep you updated through out. This is my 4th purchase from them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
