I was initially comprehensive about ordering the '007 From Russia With Love' (Sean Connery) Limited Edition artwork by Daniel Mernagh online. Russ gave me a call on Sunday and spent the time speaking to me and giving me some insight and background. This was exceptional service. He assured me about the delivery of the product and it was delivered exactly when advised. Jay played a part in this to ensure a stress less service. The team were fantastic and I certainly will be looking to order from them again when I see another piece which interests me.

I needed a limited edition print framed and delivered in 7 days. Russ and his team did a fantastic job and the print arrived just on time. The packaging was to the highest standard and the print arrived in pristine condition. The print was framed beautifully- I couldn’t have asked for more.

From a cost perspective, PPG were competitive and a significant saving compared with their competitors. From a personal perspective levels of service, information flow and customer facing attitude often negate price however PPG provided outstanding customer service from start to finish, very personal and involved throughout the process and a pleasure to buy from.
