In a world where we make a lot of online 'faceless' purchases, it was great to receive a friendly, personal & professional service from Jay & Russell. They kept us informed from order to through to delivery. Our dealings with them really inspired confidence & would definitely use Picture Perfect again .

Just received our 3rd item from this Company and can fully recommend the experience. Very friendly and they have always achieved their promise. Delivered on time, well packaged and great quality.

A wonderful company. Super friendly and the communication was second to none. I have now used them twice. Any questions you may have are responded
to quickly and from ordering to delivery and even after delivery they are on hand checking you are happy. I was extremely happy. I have dealt with larger art galleries in London and elsewhere and this experience was a million times better.

Not only did Russell make sure that I received my art book in time for Christmas, but he kept me informed each step of the way.

When the post failed, he stepped in again, making doubly sure that the order would be fulfilled on time.

Rarely have I been as impressed with the communication, efficiency and friendliness of a business - Picture Perfect Gallery are utterly brilliant and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Russ & Jay have been superb, even if we threw some fairly hefty (and amusing) obstacles in their way - didn't help that my wife and I ordered exactly the same sculpture from them 4 weeks apart (we clearly know each other too well!)
