The pet frame was a birthday gift for my son. He was very happy with it as his older dog has crossed to rainbow bridge and he said this was a lovely reminder of his two dogs happily sitting together.... もっと見る

Dear Roser,
Thank you for your review.
As for the shipment, you ordered on 30 September, but due to a unclear instruction for our illustrator, it took a little longer to make your artwork. it took 1-2 days longer than normal for your order to be shipped. The normal time for us to ship a order is between 3-6 days. We shipped it after 4 days. Unfortunately, the shipment carrier has some delay because of Covid-19, this is totally out of our hands. We will personally contact you through mail to fix this.
Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience :(
With kind regards,
Saartje

Not too good ..
Not too good ... had to wait more than 1 week for receiving a damaged frame..
They said that they’ll send out a new one but to get an answer as well as receiving the order takes too long.. remembering you pay like 60€... drawing is nice but the frame looks pretty cheap .. a wooden one would be a better option ..

The effect on the pet owner was great but late Delivery and no digital versión provided
The effect on the pet owner was great ! The only issues were the Delivery time. It took 10 days to arrive so too late for my Birthday gift. And also the fact that they ask money to have the digital version..after paying such an amount (very expensive vs others for thé same job) i would have expected the digital versión included...so a little disappointed

Dear Laura,
Thanks for your honest review :)
We're glad to hear that receivers liked the present.
Our apologies for the delivery time. We try to deliver everything on time but the delivery courier is delaying the delivery sometimes because of Covid-19 :(
I hope you understand that there is not much we can do about this problem during these hard times.
We're still happy to hear that the end result was to your likings :)
With kind regards,
Sam

Hard at the beginning, very good at the end
After initial difficulties in communication (my change requests were not read with carefully and therefore not implemented) After writing to the customer service and expressing my displeasure, everything was implemented to my satisfaction. The picture turned out very nice in the end.
