I accidentally signed up for PlantIn when my account was good until the middle of March. I contacted you support group and they made my day by cancelling the accidental sign up and provided me with a lifetime access for free. This was above my expectations and greatly appreciated. I lost track of the 3 day trial time and asked for a refund based on on the fact I really did not need this subscription… and was sent a very nice e mail saying OK no problem.😊

Best analysis ever. I had really trouble with my favourite plant and nobody could really tell me what was wrong until I contacted PlantIn. I sent a picture or two and a couple of days later I received two pages of real good help.

I think I misunderstood my plan. I signed up to try for 3 days but didn’t recognize that fact that after that I would be charged $59.99. Customer support contacted new and explained and then weee kind enough to give me a refund. I call that wonderful customer service! I will probably order a different plan.

Though I believe the app needs a little more time to mature, basically false advertising. I am very pleased with the customer service. They got back to me fast and were very easy to talk to. I feel they tried to help to the best of their ability.
