Customer Service is excellent however the product has dropped in quality
For 1 year we have only used Pura nappies and had a great experience, no leaking, no nappy rash, nothing of the sort. However since they have changed their design, we had leaking because we didnât realise the nappies came up smaller so had to go up a size (this was handled really well by the company & they sent us the nect size up no problems)! However what Iâm really not happy about is the new elastic panel on the back of the nappy, which is glued on, loosens which movement & friction (my baby is now 1 and so is very much on the move!) which means the glue is revealed & sticks to her upper bottom/lower back & leaves a red mark. I feel I now need to find a new provider for the remainder of time sheâs in nappies because of this, which is such a shame but they are not what they used to be!

Nappies are soft but size 3s leak poop every time and pee occasionally

Absolutely love Pura and so does my baby. We made the mistake of using a popular brand from birth and it gave him horrible nappy rash. As soon as I discovered Pura nappies and wipes, I knew I had to try them. Within a week, maybe even less, his rash had gone and - touch wood - it hasnât made an appearance since. Pura are amazing, highly recommended.
