I buy this range for my granddaughter. The smell of these products are absolutely devine. I will definitely be ordering again. Would highly recommend.

I was a bit apprehensive at first as I usually purchase products from Boots, but they were sold out. I’m so glad I decided to order direct instead! The products are great quality, my order was dispatched quickly and arrived fast and the communication was excellent throughout the entire process. I was kept updated from the moment I placed my order right through to delivery. It was a smooth, hassle-free experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again. Highly recommended!

Amazing products. I'm never disappointed with their items. Love them so much. I thank my sis-in-love for bringing me in!

My 2 year old son reacted to their body wash after using it previously before, extremely unsure and why this has happened and what has caused it but i will be avoiding at all costs from now. He reacted extremely bad considering he’s never had a reaction at all in his life to the point I thought it had burnt him and was getting ready to take him to a&e. Luckily it wasn’t too serious but it’s definitely something you don’t expect from something so ‘rated’ will definitely not be using this brand again on him or for any future children

I wanted to share my honest experience with Nala's Baby.

Unfortunately, after using the Nordic Cotton Body Butter, both my nephew (who is almost 2 years old) and I experienced a skin reaction within just a few minutes of application. We immediately washed the product off, and thankfully the reactions settled shortly afterwards.

Although this was disappointing, I have to say I am genuinely impressed by Nala's Baby's customer service. They responded incredibly quickly, took the matter very seriously, asked detailed questions for their safety investigation, and logged everything through their internal Cosmetovigilance procedures. I never felt like my concerns were being dismissed.

I wasn't expecting anything in return, but they kindly offered to send me their fragrance-free range to try, which I really appreciated. The way they handled the situation has actually given me confidence in the brand, even though this particular product wasn't suitable for us.

No product will work for every individual, and sensitivities can happen. What matters is how a company responds, and in this case I felt genuinely listened to and supported.

I'm looking forward to trying the fragrance-free products and hope they'll be a better fit for both my nephew and me.

Great service from start to finish. Straightforward website easy to checkout. Then kept up to date with status of order. Delivery was very fast.
We love the vanilla cloud range and I was glad that when I ordered on the website I could get the bigger bottles. I but this for my ten year old but I also use it sometimes too. The smell is beautiful and doesnt irritate our sensitive skin.

I have emailed regarding this issue but had no response.

I received my order of the new scent collection and when opening my parcel I could see and feel the carboard box was damp and swelled.
Two of the bottles had leaked but one a lot more than the other.

The bottles just all pilled in a box with no other packaging… not quite good enough

So pleased we didn't use this on my 4 month old grandson. My daughter and her daughter aged 7 both came up in a raised rash. Avoid Avoid

Excellent service
I bought the bundle set for my baby grand daughter but love the smell so much I bought the moisturising lotion for myself. It feels gentle, smells gorgeous without being overpowering, and leaves the skin feeling incredibly soft and nourished.

The natural ingredients were a big reason I chose the range, and it certainly lived up to expectations. The quality is excellent, the packaging is beautiful, and it feels like a real treat to use every day.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nala’s Baby to anyone looking for gentle, effective skincare for little ones or even for adults with sensitive skin. I’ll definitely be purchasing again.

Lovely gifted products purchased for my grandson

As a mum of two girls, the only products I use on their hair are from Nala’s Baby, especially the detangling spray. I’ve been buying it ever since it launched and absolutely love it.
I did recently have an issue with one of the spray nozzles, so I reached out to their customer service team. They dealt with it so professionally, went above and beyond to put things right, and were incredibly kind throughout the whole process. It was also reassuring to find out the nozzle issue wasn’t just me!
The replacement bottle I’ve been using has been working perfectly, and the level of customer service has honestly been amazing. It’s so nice to support a brand that genuinely cares about its customers.

This is an update on my original review.
I looked at reviews on Trustpilot& Boots website as I bought this product from them.
There are only 1* and 5* reviews. On the Boots website all of the 5* reviewers had been given samples. None of the 1* reviewers had. I have made a formal complaint to Trading Standards & Boots. Boots have been brilliant and have offered me a full refund. If you bought this product from Boots and want to lodge a complaint their customer care number is 0345 0708090. In my opinion this product is unfit for purpose and need to be recalled.

Absolutely addicted to Nalas baby as a whole adult lol. It smells good, is natural and I adore the little collections.

I tried Nala’s baby on a whim, I started with the vanilla cloud range but never looked back. It’s always my first stop for my toddlers bits and bobs and we’ve been trying all the different ranges but vanilla cloud is his favourite of the bunch. He’s crazy for the Paw Patrol offering making bath times more fun for him now.
