Jose helped me, I had issue that a payment was processed without my knowledge and he helped me get a full refund.

Absolut hinterhältig, haben eine Mitgliedschaft angeboten um ein Produkt günstig zu kaufen und siehe da plötzlich hatte ich ein Giftcard für 66 CHF gekauft.
Das Produkt wäre umsonst gewesen, nur Portokosten bezahlen.
