Great products and customer service

I ordered my nano leaf lights on Saturday, not realising that the company don’t work weekends. I paid for next day delivery but delivery would have been free on the Tuesday, which was the day my order arrived. I went in the live chat on the website and had my query dealt with quickly and had my delivery charge refunded - even though it was really my fault. Very pleased with my purchase. Company are very professional and easy to deal with. Highly recommended

Refund

I bought a cctv camera that would not power on, but when I returned it the Smart home shop said they had got it to work with no issues. Initially they were going to take 20% of my refund as they said they couldn’t sell as new. Obviously I wasn’t happy with this. After many emails backwards and forwards the manager finally decided to give me a full refund. Although the outcome was to my benefit I have given four stars for the many emails I had to send to get to this stage.
Happy with end result

We always aim to respond to all emails within 12-24 hours and offer a 60 day no quibble return policy.
After looking into your concern, I can see that we have received emails on 15/3 and 16/3 to which we responded on 16/3 and 17/3 respectively.
