I am disappointed with my experience to date. I ordered a ring battery pack more than a week now and my delivery has not arrived because it was stopped by the post office as a dangerous or prohibited item. Would have been better if the seller should have warned customers before purchase that this could happen or taken the necessary steps when shipping the item to ensure it was correctly declared and could be delivered without issues. Better communication and proper shipping procedures would have avoided this problem.

Found the Ring Doorbell on My Smart Home website at a fantastic price, almost too good to be true.
Ordered item on Tuesday and it arrived on Friday ( so not next day delivery) having said that I can’t complain the doorbell camera was as advertised boxed new and 2/3 the price.
