Excelente, ayuda eficaz y comprensiva

Hola, hace un tiempo tuve un inconveniente en la misma página de mysportlook y tenía miedo de que se quedara el asunto sin final. Sin embargo, hace poco una gerente se comunicó conmigo preocupada por mi sentir y el inconveniente y me brindó soluciones inmediatas. Estoy satisfecha con su excelente comunicación y espero sigan atentos a sus usuarios para que siga creciendo la empresa y más clientes queden satisfechos. Problema abordado, muchas gracias.

Lamentablemente el servicio de atención a clientes no realizó mi reembolso. Siento que sólo me pidieron agregar una recomendación favorable para luego no atender lo que ya había prometido reembolsarme. Fue una decepción total.
