Delivery swift.
However, incorrect item delivered. They responded very promptly to my e-mail enquiring if they had another version of the jacket ordered.
As they didnât have a suitable replacement item, and they said it was their error, they allowed me to keep the item rather than return.
The refund came through within 24hrs.
Even though the order was correct and their error, the follow up service was exemplary.
Everyone makes errors but it is what you do to after that counts.
