No lo recomiendo,pedir online solo si no tienes prisa.Pedi en dia 12 y en dia 21 todavía no llegue el pedido.Despues de devolución en la tienda dicen que la devolución de los dineros es de forma inmediata,pero que va .Fatal el servicio.

Pésimo servicio de entrega a domicilio y atención al cliente

Le 15/06 , j'achète 2 shorts via commande du magasin Sprinfield Mediacite, je paie en avance au magasin. 1 semaine plus tard on me dit qu'il y a 1 problème avec ma commande et que celle-ci est annulée. Je reprends donc un nouvel article et à la grande surprise , je dois repayer ce nouvel article alors qu'ils me doivent 48 euros. On me dit que cela sera remboursé ds les 15 jours. Aujourd'hui 1er juillet toujours pas reçu mon remboursement. Dossier de litige en cours. Bref ils se gardent bien de vous dire qu'ils ne font aucun remboursement en magasin et qu'il faut attendre je ne sais combien de temps pour être remboursé. Pour prendre l'argent ils sont tres forts. Je n'irai plus jamais.

Impossible de rendre un article commandé sur un site français. On ne peut le retourner que par la poste à une adresse sur Madrid (Espagne)avec un coût très important (plus cher que le prix de l'article à retourner)
Il est à noter que je peux le rendre en magasin ( pas franchisé)et uniquement en France. Il n'existe pas de magasin qui accepte des retours à moins de 400kms de chez moi.A fuir.

Ich habe am 09.06. zwei Teile bestellt – bis heute ist das eine Paket nicht angekommen! Laut Sendungsverfolgung hängt es seit dem 17.06. fest. Vom Kundenservice keine Reaktion – weder auf meine E-Mails noch sonst irgendeine Rückmeldung. Wenn überhaupt, kommt eine automatisch generierte Antwort auf Spanisch(!).

Das einzige Paket, das angekommen ist, war auch noch eine Frechheit: Ich habe ein T-Shirt bestellt, bekommen habe ich ein völlig anderes – falsche Farbe, falsches Design, einfach komplett daneben.

Ich habe jetzt über Klarna einen Fall eröffnet, weil ich auf normalem Weg keine Hilfe bekomme.

Ein absoluter Drecksladen. Bitte seid nicht so naiv wie ich – spart euch den Ärger und bestellt dort nichts!

Tengo un pedido más de una semana en reparto, el transportista dice que lo dejó en tienda y en la tienda que no lo tienen. Llevo reclamándolo y siguen sin darme solución.
Le preguntamos al transportista, preguntamos en tienda y no hacen nada. No me devuelven el dinero y están en este bucle una semana.
El transportista que está en tienda, la tienda que no está y atención al cliente me dice que me informarán. Para colmo se dirigen a tienda por mail y se equivocan y me los mandan a mi.
Un despropósito, lamentable la solución que dan.

Mi pedido aún no ha llegado desde hace más de 15 días que no pedí, pero eso sí lo han cobrado en el momento, he escrito varios correos electrónicos y sin respuesta, he tenido que telefonear y me han indicado que como su agencia de transporte no le da respuesta tengo que esperar 15 días a ver qué pasa y volver a llamar para reclamar..vamos lo flipo. Se paga todo antes de que lo envíen y después a saber si te llevaga

Desastroso no lo siguiente ,hago un pedido el día 10 de junio pido dos vestidos a día 19 e llamado como 6 veces y cada operador me dice lo mismo ...que hay una incidencia y no encuentran el paquete ,les digo que lo mínimo que pueden hacer es enviarme otro paquete urgente o devolverme el dinero inmediato después de 9 días ya que yo compré con la condición que el paquete me llegue a los dos días.Ahora me dicen que tengo que esperar 15 días más un desastre.

Absolute NO-GO! Ich habe keine Bestellbestätigung oder Sendungverfolgung bekomme. Das Paket kamm "irgendwo" in "irgendwelche" Filiale. Ich konnte das Paket nicht bekommen und habe meine Bestellung storniert. Die Firma hat von mir Rücksendekosten angefordert! Nie wieder, finger weg!

I bought three clothing items and only got 2 of them, with one wrong item. When I returned the wrong item and one expensive item I didn't liked, I didn't got a refund, not even for the item I didn't receive. They will keep asking for a stamp from their warehouse, without reading my mail, when I ask for a refund for the item I didn't receive. Avoid buying from this website, that only looks trustworthy from the surface, but is actually untrustworthy. I will not ever buy here again.

Mauvaise qualité des articles, retours payants même si l'article reçu est totalement différent de celui commandé (chemisier blanc pour femme d'une autre marque reçu en lieu et place d'une chemise homme bleue commandée), site à fuir absolument !!!
