Very easy from enquiry to booking and payment. This was a long journey from Birmingham to Scunthorpe due to a missed bus connection and the driver made my girlfriend feel safe and relaxed and told her how to operate the seat positions to be more comfortable, he also provided a phone charging cable. A very good service and they would be my first go to if either of us need this service again. Thank you.

This is the second time I have used this company .The first was in June 2024 where it was from North Norfolk to London and the driver was excellent . Even turned around when I had left something in the car ...excellent chap ..... HOWEVER the second time was in Jan 2025 , the driver 15 mins late , we were waiting in the cold ...had told company we needed estate car as had 3 x 25KG bags and 2 x 7kg for 2 of us. Car arrived and we were squashed up . The driver coughed all the way from North Norfolk to London and to the point I felt unsafe as i noticed we were one minute going slow then suddenly her foot on pedal only to see her with closed eyes driving ....I asked her if she was ok or had covid ...she said she was tired but ok ...I have never felt so unsafe with my 90 year old mother int he car with me too ......She drove twice the wrong way off google and I redirected her .....Was the worse unsafe experience !!! I have complained and have had no response of course for a 230 pound journey .

I booked and paid for the taxi 24 hours beforehand. It failed to arrive at the correct time and I gave it 10 minutes grace before trying to contact the company. The phone was not answered, but they responded to a WhatsApp message. It transpired that no taxi had been organised. A replacement was organised, but I had had to spend 40 minutes in the drizzle waiting.

The company have in mid January subsequently asked for more information about this poor review. I think it describes the service we received pretty fully.

Was a bit nervous as we’d pre-booked for Christmas Day from London to Kent but needn’t have been. Had emails and texts to confirm nearer the time from booking and had a call on the day. The driver was great and very patient with our toddler who didn’t want to be in her car seat for so long (we used our own)! Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Have used this company a few times, they are very good. Always pleasant and given me a good price,and they arrive on time for pickup.
My last journey with them was exceptionally good, the same driver taking me on 23/12/24 and picking me up for my return journey on 26/24. I would have no hesitation on using them again.

You will make your worst mistake with this jokes! This isn’t taxi firm they have no taxis. This my taxe uk is try to make money from local taxis not fair and they don’t turn up most off the time! And if anything goes wrong you wil have no one to talk they hang up on you !

This has to be the most inefficient taxi service I have used in 60 years. On neither journey did they arrive on time. Both times we were sent details of a driver who never materialised! Meeting at the airport was a joke. Driver a nice guy, but my advice anyone would be find another company!

Very good service! I was able to get a long distance taxi ordered from Gatwick to Hastings at very short notice. I just wish more of the fare would go to the driver, as I paid £110 and the driver told me he got £70.

Look no further if you want an easy, stressles ride from the airport to somewhere and back. Easy to book, to pay and great communication via whatsapp and mail. thanks!

Big mistake. Never again. Pickup instructions chaotic and arbitrary. Drivers late. Language barrier issues. And on top of everything, a 10£ booking fee for each ride. A total rip-off.

Super trip everything went fine from pick up to deliver!

Driver was on time and had excellent communication as our flight was delayed. He was really friendly and helpful however, the car was really smelly. It smelled really strongly of stale cigarettes and cheap body spray, like he’d sprayed Linx or something to cover up the smell of the stale smoke. It was so bad it made us feel sick.

The car was also really warm but the air conditioning was broken so we had to wind down the windows but it was also raining so that wasn’t ideal, although it did help with the smell.

The gentleman who were driving were really good at it. Overall, I had a good experience:)

A little disappointed. On both trips the drivers were late, 40 minutes late on the return journey. The arrival journey was okay and the driver was friendly. We chatted for most of the way. The driver on the return journey would not talk to me. He told me to sit in the back and, although I tried to make a conversation, he never spoke a word for the entire three hours journey until we approached the airport when he asked which terminal I needed. When I got out he did wish me a safe journey but usually I get friendly drivers so, yes. I was a little disappointed
