These people need to stop messaging me for a positive review that is not happening, i do not want anything from you. Stop it

Voilà le mail que j'ai reçu en date du 03/02/2026, suite à mes différentes relances.

Bien sûr ils ne s'expliquent pas sur le chantage me demandant de mettre un avis positif qu'il m'avait proposé pour me rembourser le reliquat.

Ils ne m'apportent pas non plus la preuve que j'ai effectué l'achat d'une carte cadeaux sur leur site ! Et ils disent qu'ils sont une entreprise légitime !!!

Je ne manquerai pas de transmettre la suite qui sera donnée.

Je suis sincèrement désolé pour votre expérience et je comprends votre colère. Je tiens toutefois à vous rassurer : mytinyclothes est une entreprise légitime, et notre système est entièrement sécurisé. Il ne peut pas inscrire quelqu’un ni facturer sans validation de sa part.

Pour récapituler votre dossier :

- Un achat de carte cadeau de 19,99 € a été effectué lors de l’inscription, converti en crédits à utiliser dans notre boutique (1 crédit = 1 €) avec des remises pouvant atteindre 80 %.
- Une tentative ultérieure de 63,00 € a été rejetée et n’a pas été encaissée.
- Un remboursement de 5,00 € a déjà été traité ; selon l’établissement bancaire, l’affichage peut prendre quelques jours ouvrables.

Nous n’avons aucun partenariat ni lien avec d’autres sites ou marques, et nous ne sommes pas au courant d’offres ou de campagnes externes. Les adhésions se font uniquement via notre plateforme.

Je comprends que ces témoignages en ligne puissent inquiéter. De notre côté, nous restons transparents : votre adhésion a été résiliée le 20/04/2025 et aucun nouveau prélèvement n’est prévu.

Si vous souhaitez que je clarifie un point précis (dates, montants, fonctionnement des crédits), dites-moi ce qui vous serait le plus utile et je vous répondrai clairement.

Once you deduct amount you should dispatch order.

My details were obtained by/given to this company and others and charges were made. Every attempt at gaining clarity was met with elusive answers which meant further unwanted charges were made. Once I instigated legal advice, the team have agreed to refund the latest charge provided I leave a review on this website.

They understood my problem perfectly and well handle it

Se supone que me van a reintegrar el pago, así como ellos mismos me han informado en el mail con el siguiente texto: "I’ve approved that the charged amount will be credited back to the same account you used for your purchase."

i got an ad on facebook for a mystery box of makeup for a cheap amount thinking it’s legit, TOTALLY my fault, obviously wasn’t. I paid and everything then suddenly im getting transactions for amounts out of nowhere and they increase gradually and what’s so funny is that they keep taking money gradually so that you “wouldn’t notice”. I threatened them with suing; which i’ll actually do if one more transaction occurs, and they said that they “cancelled my subscription” what subscription NO ONE KNOWSSSS. So yeah don’t even bother, they’re liars scammers lol

I DONT HAVE ANY POSITIVE COMMENTS, HOW I ENDED UP BEING A "CUSTOMER" I DONT KNOW. I NEVER BOUGHT ANYTHING. DONT EVEN KNOW WHERE TO LOOK FOR YOU, OR HOW YOU LOOK. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK AND END ALL OF THIS TODAY, NOT ON 04.09.2025 AS YOUR EMAIL STATED. THANK YOU
