Equivoqué la suscripción por un paquete regalo de Temu y cuando quise darme cuenta tuve que cancelar la tarjeta bancaria y pedir otra ,muy amablemente en atención al cliente tuvieron una respuesta de la excelente calidad de servicio y comprensión,les doy un diez por su honestidad y excelencia al cliente.Muchas gracias y los recomendaré por ello.

I feel compelled to warn others about MyToyalla, a website that I consider to be a scam. My experience has been nothing short of alarming, as they charged my credit card three times without my consent, despite my explicit request to cancel my subscription and delete all my personal information. This site is unreliable and engages in fraudulent practices. I urge everyone to exercise caution and avoid this website to protect themselves from potential theft and deceit

The company's name is our glam cosmetics it's a scam and they take people's money just like they did on my case. There are two companies or maybe three that they take the account numbers and the emails and they charge you. The other company's name is heel my shoe and they charge my partner in total 65 Euros without any permission. On their emails they say that my partner was subscribed on their site. We already reported on the bank.

When I received a message on my phone about a purchase I made from this company I contacted them on their live chat. I was talking to Adam 1 of their agents & he was very helpful the service I got was excellent my enquiry was dealt with quickly & professionally. After I had my contact with Adam I received a message on my phone about an email regarding a refund. I would like to say a big thanks to this company with the way I was treated. People are quick to call a company when things go bad but we don't always take the time to congratulate them when they go out of their way to help us. WEll DONE. A very happy client.

Absolute Scammers!
I replied to a birthday email with a nice offer of Rituals. Both the email and address looked legit. But all of a sudden I received an email of Mytoyalla that I had a subscription with them.

Immediately I send an email that I did not register for a subscription and that their phishing e-mail was reported. Their response was that I still had to pay because of the general terms and conditions, which I for sure didn’t accept. These were not visible when I replied to the mail of Rituals.

Be aware of these people!

Update:
6 months later I still get spammed and that they want me to remove the review above. They tell me that they will refund my money I paid for the Rituals giftset, which I never got.

Their motivation to refund is only for my review removal and to be able to scam the people that I can’t warn anymore.

The story is simple: Mytoyalla sends an email from an emailaddress of Rituals, with the corporate identity of Rituals, don’t give what they promise and you pay for, and suddenly have a subscription of €44,- at Mytoyalla without agreeing to it.

I will not remove my review, be aware people!

Update: 12-12-2025

Mytoyalla has been spamming me for about a year now. They keep on sending me emails and text messages and insisting on removing my review on Trustpilot.

Today I received another message: "Mytoyalla has flagged your review for containing defamatory content".
I have no reason to spread defamatory and incorrect information in this review. Every word about their scamming business is true and I will not remove my review. It needs to stay visible on Trustpilot to warn people not to become a victim of their practices!

Update: 18-02-2026

Mytoyalla is still spamming me with emails and text messages in both Dutch and English where they talk about some kind of credit request I have no knowledge about. I think my contact details will be forever in their system even though it's not allowed according to the privacy statement.

Pay attention to all the "positive 5-star reviews": they all talk about how trustworthy the company is, which is weird to put the emphasis on in a review, unless the company is not trustworthy.
Also all reviews show that all clients needed support after a complaint and service for a refund. Just an obvious observation and a good warning to everyone.
