poor communication from the start, no introductory from the start on what the representative was doing. Excessive paper work as I paid cash for the vehicle. No explanation why a finance company was involved.

Convoluted, was way more bs than expected

I have refinanced 2 vehicles through this company and it has exceeded my expectations both times. My loan specialist, “Oz”, was extremely thorough with explanations through the entire process and made it simple to save a lot of money for my wife and I. 5 stars isn’t enough, you’re wasting money if you don’t check them out.
