Justin Rodriguez is not only unprofessional but very rude. He is not forthcoming and will not admit when he makes mistakes in handling customer’s payoffs. If not for Kevin’s professionalism I would not do business with this company. Justin deserves to work somewhere else.

Amber Feldman helped me so much and was so helpful. Very good at her job. Even sounded cute on the phone and I got nosey and facebooked her and she’s a hottie lol. But married unfortunately. But that’s wifey material and I could just tell over the phone. But she was amazing turned my last two days of trouble and fixed it all in 10 mins. She was such a help and brought my blood pressure down. They did really good tho besides the gap and the mechanical coverage that I did not like. My rate went from 16 % from one main to 6%. To wright part. They just added 4500 to my loan with that gap and mechanical and I wasn’t feeling that. So she got rid of it Maher did and got my full return back for both. My truck is a 2017 and is valued worth more then what I owe so gap I don’t need. And mechanical was 3300 for 24,000 miles and I’ll take my chances with that. I wasn’t happy with the 24000 miles for that amount of money. Truck is valued at 19.5k and I originally owed 18,400. And now it’s at almost 24,000. But she fixed that. So if it’s totaled my insurance will cover it. I drive a lot so 24,000 ain’t nothing. Thanks amber

Increase of principle balance by $1750 was not made clear or evident. Melinda was always in a rush and while it's my own fault for not slowing her down, this was a deceptive transaction in my eyes. Never again and would never recommend.

My vehicle was financed through Westlake Financial. I thought this was decent company. I normally like to get ahead and stay ahead on my loan payments. I had a deal that built interest daily. The interest caught up with me and I started to fall behind. I decided to take my business to AUTOPAY/ RATE GENIUS. I've tried to refinance through this company before and was not successful. With nothing to lose, I gave them a 3rd try. I lowered my payment by almost half. Mrs. Rodriguez was an angel throughout the process. Thank you Thank you AUTOPAY/ RATE GENIUS!!!
