Misogynistic, rude, aggressive, unprofessional

This has been the worst estate agents I have ever dealt with. The staff I interacted with were exclusively male, and across multiple occasions I experienced their communication as dismissive, condescending, and unprofessional. When I raised legitimate concerns about serious issues in the property, I was frequently spoken to in a belittling and disrespectful manner rather than supported.
The apartment itself was, at times, effectively unliveable due to poor conditions. When I raised concerns about the cooker on moving in — which was in an unacceptable state — my requests for replacement were ignored and I was spoken to dismissively rather than assisted.
There were also repeated problems with the gas boiler, which broke down roughly every six months. Each time this happened, I was left without hot water for several working days. This falls short of landlords’ legal responsibilities to provide safe and functioning heating and hot water systems.
At one point, I had to pay for a boiler replacement myself and was never reimbursed. When I raised this issue, the response from the agent — a very young member of staff — was dismissive and unhelpful, and I was told he “did not care” that I had paid for the replacement. This raises serious concerns about whether the organisation fulfilled its legal repair obligations.
Across my interactions with this organisation, the tone used by staff was often unnecessarily confrontational and at times felt threatening. Instead of addressing legitimate maintenance concerns, I was made to feel dismissed and unsupported. Alongside everything else, the mould in the flat was unbearable. It kept coming back every six months despite repeated repainting, which clearly did nothing to fix the underlying issue. The bathroom floor was in a terrible condition for years — every time the toilet was flushed, water leaked into the flooring and caused damage. Despite repeatedly reporting this, it took three years before any proper repair was carried out.
At one point the flat was also infested with flies to the extent that it became unliveable. No meaningful action was taken to resolve the situation, and I ended up paying privately for pest control myself.
Overall, the standard of maintenance was extremely poor. Communication from the repairs team was also disappointing — one staff member in particular was informal, rude, loud, and dismissive when dealing with concerns. The whole experience was frustrating and unacceptable. Side note - don’t be fooled by the fake five star reviews. It would probably be the men that work in the organisation creating accounts to post fake reviews.

NACCS

NACCS have always displayed great professionalism and reliability. I would highly recommend them to all landlords. With clear communication at the forefront of their customer service, I have always had seamless interactions with any issues or queries and I have always received swift and punctual payments.

Naacs have managed our property…

Naacs have managed our property portfolio for over 10 years on a guaranteed rent basis, and the experience has been consistently excellent. Communication is clear and transparent, and they always stick to their word. It’s been a reliable, stress-free partnership, and I would highly recommend them to any landlord looking for dependable property management.

Great service from Nationwide Accommodation Services Ltd. The team was professional, responsive, and easy to deal with from start to finish. Communication was clear, everything was handled efficiently, and the accommodation met expectations. Overall, a reliable and stress-free experience — I’d be happy to recommend them

I have been with NACCS for seven years…

I have been with NACCS for seven years and I have never had an issue with their management of my property, payments are made on time each month, repairs are completed in an efficient and cost effective manner and the staff are always polite and professional, I would highly recommend them.

Ridwaan is amazing

Ridwaan is amazing - the process was swift & professional. Our property was inspected, dealt with and works were completed in a reasonable budget. Rent is paid on time and most importantly, reliable. Thank you for making this easy for us & always being on the other line if we need anything.

They are theives. Illegally broke into my temporary accommodation and stole all of my expensive items

NACCS’ staff members and services are really great

From my experience in Two years NACCS is the great company I have ever seen. All the staff members are professional especially brother Anjum. He is very polite and if I have any issue with my property and tell him, brother Anjum takes into action straight away. Brother Anjum really a great staff of NACCS. Thanks to all the members of the Management. Their properties are in very good condition. I would recommend everyone to NACCS. I’m very impressed with their service. Especially brother Anjum deserves a great appreciation on behalf of us tenants.

This company is corrupt. They are happy to make money off the suffering and vulnerability of those under the heel of the british state. Shut them down. And make their shareholders pay those held in these conditions

Shame on you

NACCS present themselves to be a squeaky clean up market housing management company when in fact they are the subcontractors of asylum accommodation that has no access to drinking water, overcrowding (even during a pandemic) and sub standard food.

NACCS should be ashamed of itself. They are managing inhumane camps for asylum seekers in which the conditions are unliveable. At one camp - Napier Barracks in Kent - there are upwards of 14 people to a single room, there have been confirmed cases of Covid amongst residents but people cannot leave, have no ability to distance and a lack of basic facilities for hygiene. Disgraceful.

This company is ethically bankrupt. It is profiting from Home Office contracts to make the lives of asylum seekers in the UK as miserable as possible. Cold food, shoddy heating, inadequate healthcare, barbed wire fences, security guards. The world is watching Napier Barracks and we’re watching you too NACCS!

NACCS claim they “offer landlords peace of mind”.... AT WHAT EXPENSE???! They are running asylum seeker accommodation in which the conditions are so unbearable that residents are on hunger strike. All power to the residents at Napier Barracks!

NACCS is incarcerating asylum seekers in accommodation at Napier Barracks in Kent during a global pandemic. This is a death trap. NACCS must ditch their home office contracts or their other clients (incl. Many London Councils) should ditch NACCS.

Ummm… Can I just draw your attention to one testimonial of an asylum seeker being kept in one of your accommodations, Napier Barracks…? “There has been no electricity, hot water, or drinkable water. It’s extremely dark and cold at night. People can’t take a shower and we have to drink water from the toilet tap”

Making money out of Refugee suffering

Making money out of migrant and Refugee suffering is criminal. You should be ashamed. These are human beings who have seen and been through some of the most violent, dangerous and traumatic experience anyone can go through. And as they seek asylum, safety and a better future; they are yet again forced to suffer. Its unacceptable, and if you don't help you are part of the problem not the solution.
