In data 17 Novembre 2025 e 10 Dicembre 2025 ho effettuato due depositi tramite Skrill wallet .
Dopo aver effettuato del trading ,ho richiesto un paio di prelievi parziali che sono andati a buon fine. Alla richiesta di un terzo prelievo parziale di eur 15K, il 18 Dicembre 2025 ,mi Ú stato rigettato e dopo una mia nuova richiesta del 22 Dic Ú stato, poi, elaborato il 5 Gennaio 2026, dopo 14 giorni (anziché i regolari 24/48 ore).
Inoltre alla cifra di 15K richiesta sono stati sottratti arbitrariamente â¬. 2145,29 ,giustificati come commissioni di deposito ,con una email ricevuta posteriormente, sui depositi effettuati in precedenza.
Vorrei sottolineare che nei T&C non sono previste commissioni di deposito/prelievo tramite Skrill e sul sito web si evince ,e inoltre se ci fossero tali commissioni vanno prima di tutto inserite nei T&C ,quantificate e addebitate al momento del deposito non arbitrariamente quando si vuole.
Dopo varie email di sollecito ,non risponde nessuno ,pertanto ,nonostante sia un broker regolamentato da Cysec e anche altri regolatori europei e il gruppo quotato hanno questi comportamenti da compagnia non proprio affidabile!
Ovviamente se avessi saputo che ci fossero tali commissioni avrei scelto un altro metodo di deposito gratuito !
Pretendo che tali fondi mi siano restituiti nel più breve tempo possibile ,altrimenti procederò con un complaint ufficiale al regolatore e anche ai vari altri regolatori per conoscenza ,nonché alla commissione di borsa che regola il gruppo!
...A seguito della mia prima recensione Naga ha risposto ,come vedete, affermando che secondo loro le commissioni vanno applicate .
Il problema ,RIPETO, che loro non prevedono commissioni nelle loro T&C e non possono decidere a posteriori di applicare una qualsiasi percentuale di commissioni arbitrariamente ,a loro completa discrezione senza che il cliente ne sia a conoscenza ,tant'Ú vero che non sono indicate neanche eventuali percentuali applicabili ...poichÚ non vi Ú scritto nulla da nessuna parte,cosi come dovrebbe essere e come tutte le altre compagnie serie fanno !
Pertanto continuerò con il compliant presso Cysec ,Bafin e quant'altro !!!

Riporto la mia esperienza: prelievo rigettato a causa di un errore, contatto l'assistenza per chiarimenti e vengo richiamato dopo 30 minuti da un operatore, che ha inoltrato il mio caso al dipartimento tecnico, il quale ha disposto subito il prelievo verso il mio conto bancario.
L'applicazione Ú tra le più semplici e intuitive da usare, anche per chi non Ú un trader esperto.
Assolutamente consigliata!
