I ordered a baby carrier for my grandson but my son & daughter-in-law changed their minds about the colour so it was sent back and I ordered a different colour that they are happy with. Delivery was quick with regular tracking updates. However, I was now waiting for a refund for the first carrier. I contacted Najell and Tindra responded very quickly and made sure my refund was processed. Great customer service and I would not hesitate to make further purchases from this company or recommend them to others.

If a product has been recalled for safety reasons then the company should accept returns for a refund. Not just tell their customers to cut a piece off to make it safe.
Very disappointing customer service. I wouldn’t put my baby at risk.

Le bébé n’a jamais adopté le couffin, trop étroit et etouffant à mon sens.
Quant au pare-soleil c’est une vaste blague, très mal pensé, prétendument universel mais compliqué à installer et trop petit de toute façon, ne protège pas suffisamment.

Købte en Najell Sleep Carrier 5 (Leopard) til fuld pris (1.350 DKK) i Najells butik på Gammel Kongevej. Produktet lever på ingen måde op til det, som Najell reklamerer med på deres hjemmeside.

På deres officielle produktbilleder ligger Sleep Carrieren helt fladt ud i enderne. I virkeligheden folder enderne konsekvent indad mod sovedelen, hvilket begrænser liggearealet for en nyfødt væsentligt.

Da vi henvendte os i butikken på Gammel Kongevej, oplyste personalet, at der var tale om en kendt fejl opstået under pakningen fra fabrikken, som ville løse sig. Vi har forsøgt alle deres foreslåede løsninger – at stramme/løsne snorene, lægge genstande i spænd indeni og vaske den efter anvisningerne. Intet har ændret på problemet.

Da vi kontaktede kundeservice, skiftede forklaringen pludselig. Nu var det ifølge dem "ikke en fejl", men en "bevidst del af designet" og "normal stivhed". Da kundeservice tjekkede udstillingsmodellen i butikken og så, at den havde samme problem, brugte de det som argument for, at det var helt normalt. Det bekræfter blot, at der er tale om et generelt kvalitetsproblem på tværs af serien.

Kundeservice påstod desuden, at Leopard-modellen var helt udsolgt fra lager, selvom den stod direkte på hylderne i deres butik på Gammel Kongevej.

Det er vildledende markedsføring at sælge et produkt til 1.350 kr., som i praksis ikke matcher salgsbillederne og forringer pladsen til spædbarnet, for derefter at fraskrive sig ansvaret ved at kalde fejlen for et "designgreb".

Køb jeres babylift et andet sted, hvis I forventer et produkt, der virker fra dag ét, og en kundeservice, der tager deres egne produktfejl alvorligt.

The SleepCarrier itself is excellent and deserves 5 stars. I bought one previously as a gift and wanted to buy another for my niece because the product is so good.
Unfortunately, my customer service experience changed that.
I received an email offering a 10% discount voucher in exchange for leaving a review. The email stated only that the discount could not be combined with other offers. It did not mention that the SleepCarrier was excluded from the promotion.
I left my review in good faith, only to be told afterwards that the SleepCarrier is never included in these promotions. Najell acknowledged that this exclusion was not visible in the original review invitation, but still declined to honour the offer.
As my overall experience had changed, I emailed asking how I could amend my original review on their website to reflect my complete experience. A week later, I have received no response.
The SleepCarrier is a fantastic product. My disappointment is with the way the review promotion and subsequent customer service were handled.

Najell nest bästa köpet till bebis!

We bought a carrier Najell Rise on their website earlier this year. First thing is that product is very well designed, easy to put in with easy and safe fixations. Our baby loves it while we were struggling with other kind of carrier. We use it on a daily basis.
Last week, we were experiencing some issue while a strap unclipped. This issue was putting the use of the carrier at risk.
I directly contacted their customer service to know a way to fix it. I told them about the urgency since we were about to travel this weekend.
Without asking much they decided to send a new one by express shipment. We received it in 2 days.
I will be clear, I have never faced such reactive response and care of the customer from a customer service.

Recently purchased the Najell Easy vol.2.

The product itself is great, sleek design, feels quality, but unfortunately there was a fault with the product sent whereby one of the chest adjuster toggles would not pull through and tighten.

I got in touch with the Najell customer service team and Tindra picked up my query. After sending a couple of photos and a video of the issue, Tindra sent a replacement product straight away without the need to return the old item, saving on the time of sending back and having to wait for the new one to arrive.

Despite the issue with the product, I trust this to be a one off, and the customer service has been excellent. Thanks Tindra and Najell!

The Najell sleep carrier has been a game-changer for us as new parents. What we love most is the flexibility it gives us — our newborn has a safe, certified sleep space wherever we go, even overnight while we sleep. We've used it on train journeys, at the grandparents' place tucked on the bed in a corner, and even carried it up to a mountain hut where a travel cot simply wouldn't have been an option. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing he was sleeping safely no matter where we were.

Falsche Größe des Sonnenhuts erhalten.
Auf Reklamation wochenlang nicht reagiert. Erst nach Kontaktaufnahme meiner Bank.
Die Firma hat nachträglich ein Dokument erstellt, das eine angeblich bestellte Größe anzeigt. Dieses Dokument stimmt nicht mit der Bestell(e)bestätigung überein. (Der Schreibfehler der Firma führt dazu, dass die Bestellbestätigung im Spam landete.)
Eine Klärung ist nicht möglich. Die Firma beharrt auf ihrem nachträglich erstellten Dokument. Auf die "Bestellebestätigung" wird nicht eingegangen.
So viel Ärger für knapp 20 €. Das ist es nicht Wert.

Skrev til dem fordi min graviditet pude havde en grim lugt, efter der er prøvet det de anbefalede, hvor den stadigvæk lugtede. Fik jeg til sendt en ny og den anden blev sendt tilbage.

Som første gang mor, havde jeg også brug for hjælp til hvilken bære sele de anbefalede til mine krav og her fik jeg også gode anmeldelser om hvad for en jeg skulle vælge

Reaction time is very quick. I had a question about a discount code which didn’t seem to work. When they couldn’t fix this problem, they gave me the exact same discount as a refund after my order was delivered. This processed also very quickly.
And above all, quality of carrier is A-tier!
