I’ve ordered several times from Naken and every time their service and products have been fantastic. I had a slight issue with a recent order but this was solved quickly and efficiently by Poppy. Highly recommended :)

I ordered a bookcase from
Naken. The item arrived within a few days but unfortunately it was damaged in transit. I contacted Naken customer services and got an immediate response. I sent over a few pictures of the damaged item and they sent me a returns label to send the item back. I booked the return and received a replacement within a couple of weeks. No problems and great service. Everyone is polite, friendly and professional. The bookcase is lovely and looks great in my home office.

Ordered some kitchen pendant lights, had to use their customer service to check some details beforehand. The team were really helpful and responded quickly. Delivery was fast and everything was as stated. Although the glass could have had better edges, the lights still look amazing. Quality and overall look really impressed me, especially as they were reasonably priced. Thank you Naken, will definitely use you guys again.

I ordered 3 planters from Naken and 1 was faulty. I left a mixed review - I loved the planters but was understandably disappointed that one was faulty and not usable. However, when Naken Customer Services read my review they immediately contacted me to help. Long story short, I returned the faulty planter and a new one has been despatched but throughout, Poppy was helpful, understanding and professional.
I was very impressed at their response and would happily recommend Naken to anyone.

I can see there have been some negative reviews for this company, so I wanted to ensure balance. My experience with Naken has been all good. They have delivered when they said they would, the products (2 garden chairs) are in perfect condition, and the price was extremely competitive.

Faulty goods and shocking customer service
Send out faulty goods and then don’t sort out the issue. Customer service is shocking

Not wanting to drill into the walls of a newly tiled shower en-suite I was looking for a free-standing towel rail. I found a very stylish, stainless steel one from Naken that was slimline and perfect for what I wanted. Six months on I can say that I’ve not been disappointed with the quality of the product! Continues to look like new and I’m delighted with it!

I have never heard of this company before, and I was a little bit dubious. The product I wanted was quite niche, and the price was pretty much the same as everywhere else so I thought why not take a chance.l?
I was really blown away with the speed of the delivery, the way it was packaged and of course the item itself.

The items arrived promptly and in good condition. This is my first time to use this company, and I am very satisfied. I went to it as it delievered to Northern Ireland items from wireworks( ( a company making wooden items ) which another very well known company refused to deliever.

Andrew Martin cushions are superb quality and workmanship including very generous filling. No comparison with my Laura Ashley cushions. Made in the Uk also! What more could you want? More?

The hurricane lantern is such a lovely item on my fireplace, and so unusual,very cosy when lit with a candle. Naken sell so many unusual things and would highly recommend them.

I purchased quite a few items from NAKEN. When completing the order online, the quantity of a couple of items was incorrect. So I had to return a couple of them. Due to contraction with COVID19, I could not return the items within the 28 days period that is stated in the company's policy. So I asked the company to accept the return, given my exceptional health conditions which has made me unable to return within 28 days. The company did not accept the return, and had shown no sense of understanding! I would not trade with the seller anymore.
