I purchased my hot tub in September 2020 during the mad rush of Covid! Myself along with a lot of other people I'm sure realized traveling was not going to happen anytime soon and home was going to be the place to be. I looked on line and found the brand (Jacuzzi) I wanted on the Namco web site then spoke to sales associate Kim Woods over the phone. Kim was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions regarding the tub and made the purchasing of it very easy. She made it very comfortable considering it was a large purchase to make without even seeing the hot tub in person! The delivery was a little slow but expected due to Covid. The delivery and set up of the tub went smooth. The only problem I had was due to the lack of inventory (everyone was buying hot tubs) I was given a cover that was used since they didn't have any new ones in stock and stairs that didn't match the color of my tub. I contacted Kim who looked into it right away. I was told I would get the cover as soon as they got them in but the timing for it was unknown. Kim put me in touch with Karen Sievel in Customer Service as well. Karen was great and called around the Namco stores to find stairs that were the same color as my hot tub. She was able to find a store that had them in stock. She reached out to the store manager and arranged for me to swap them out. She actually offered to go to the store herself and pick them up for me. The cover however was not so easy to get! With everything being out of stock and Namco not getting new inventory I was out of luck until they got their orders in from the manufactures. Karen never gave up trying to expedite and locate a new cover for me. She completely understood how frustrating it was for me since the old cover was now going to have to survive a Boston Winter! Karen went above and beyond and had ordered a new cover from a different company for me since Namco was unable to get any inventory. She also gave me a gift certificate to Namco for the inconvenience of it all. Unfortunately when the cover arrived it did not fit properly on my tub and was useless. Karen still stayed on top of getting me the correct one. Namco finally got new covers in stock and my new cover was delivered a couple of weeks ago (February 2022). I don't think this would have happened without Karen being so diligent. Both Kim and Karen are an asset to a large company like Namco. They both went above and beyond to help out any way they could. I would recommend Namco to everyone just for the exceptional service I received. Cristine

It all began 2 years ago! Went to Namco in Rocky Hill, we got a brand new Jacuzzi I was so excited... We then met the most attentive sales person to help us with all our needs and since that day forward she has been a Gem..Aline is the nicest and most helpful person I have ever had to deal with she is on top of her game.. Thank you Namco Rocky Hill for the amazing help and jacuzzi!!!!Cathy & Gary Zimyeski

A sales representative answered all my questions quickly. However when I made the decision to purchase the pool cleaner I wanted, I found out that it was not available. Several of the options I had to purchase a pool cleaner at a special sales price were not even available. I recommend removing them from the list of items if they are not available to order.

I wish I knew their names to give them Kudos. This was the retailer store located on Central Ave. in Albany New York.

I just had to file a complaint with consumer protection in regards to Namco. My town inspector will not pass my pool as he is claiming Namco sold me a pool that is not a state complaint. I have attempted for weeks to have this resolved with Namco but they are not returning any phone calls/emails. I have chosen them believing they were a great company that would take care of their customer but sadly that is far from the truth. I been having this issue for 6 months now without resolution in sight....

I can’t say enough about my Namco pool cover! High quality, much better than my previous cover. Ordered it, and had it to my door in just a few days. I called to ask a question before I made my purchase. I got through quickly and the sales rep was very helpful and nice. Will do business with them again.

The motor that was sent was broken. Namco in Enfield took it back and gave us a good one. They were very helpful!

Have the equipment, just need to track it from the warehouse to the my home. Other than that, the location of the equipment needed was fine and the selection was good too. I recommend PayPal as a choice for payment.

I ordered this on August 6th. Heard nothing, called to inquire and was told it's not available yet. It took till August 27 to get a response. Why wasn't I told earlier that this was not available at this time? It is pool closing time.
