I purchased through online sales and am VERY dissapointed
I purchased through online sales. I was NEVER told that I could purchase install through NAMCO. I was instead given names of private installers. I scheduled an install. The installer began and walked off the job. We had waited months for the installer, so now that he walked off the job and left us with a half-built pool, we cannot find anyone else to install the pool. We learned that if we had purchased install through NAMCO, they could help but they cannot help me. I now have a wrecked yard, half built pool, and ruined summer. I WILL NEVER REFER NAMCO TO ANYONE!

I bought a proline variable speed and…
I bought a proline variable speed and 2hp pool pump and I opened the box and the pump looks like someone dropped it the Mounting bracket is bent and the motor will only run on high speed low speed runs for about 10 seconds and then shuts off,I’ve tried calling and I left lots of messages and nobody calls me back all I want is a trade in or my money back

Pool cleaner
I’ve been using my Soto pool cleaner for 2 weeks now - it does a great job cleaning the entire pool including the vertical sides.

I just got a 15 by 30 oval pool from Namco Pool very happy with it I'd recommend it to anyone and I would just like to say the manager at Namco Pool in Auburn Mass his name is Sean he is excellent very helpful he is a man of his word and always patient and always kind.

I needed to order a solar cover
I needed to order a solar cover. My local store did not have the size i needed. Your web site did not have the size i needed , so i traded up and got one bigger than i needed. (20$ more), then was surprised that I was charged shipping fees. Items over 100$ should be free shipping.
