Hard to find selection here in my home state was readily available. Pricing was great and shipping was fast. Would order again in the near future.

Finding the right product I wanted was easy, ordering was straightforward and delivery was very quick. The bottles came wrapped in bubble wrap and the whole box was lined inside with bubble wrap. No breakage!

Placed and order that included an item they no longer had in stock. They called me and left a message to call back, which was good, but since then my attempts to get ahold of them about my order has been a dead end. At this point I feel like I’m going to have to go through my credit card issuer to ensure I get the refund I’ve requested.

The problem was UPS. We had to sign for the order and we were left waiting for three different days with no communication. I e-mailed Napa cabs as well and no one replied. Poor service and service recovery. I will not order from them again if UPS is the delivery service.

My order came right on time! The packaging is done with thoughtfulness so that there is no margin for breakage. I am very impressed by the value received on the 2 cases of Barrua ordered. This was my second time ordering and I will continue to give them my business.

Company was unable to deliver the package after multiple attempts and conversation. I don’t think it the companies fault, but they need a new shipping company. Equally surprised the company did not try to use another shipper to get my order. Not impressed. Avoid.
