I love my pjs, I am going to order them in black as they are not only so comfortable, but so classy. Love love love them!

I ordered a set (Blazer and pants), only Blazer was delivered. The shipping is from China and took very long time. I also order other pants and the quality is not great. For the price, threads are sticking out of stitches.

This slip dress was very beautiful! The quality of the fabric was lovely and the color was such a pretty shade of shade of red. The back is very sexy and such a unique design! I sized down one size and it fit perfectly.

Great quality and timely delivery. Except no returns on bras.
I understand underwear but bras are difficult to size online.

I ordered a summer dress many months ago, (@ 3 months ago) for a trip to Sicily.
I am now in Sicily without that dress as it had still not arrived by July 20!
Will not be ordering anything else based on this experience.

I have reached out multiple times to try and return my order with zero response, which is incredibly frustrating. The customer experience has been incredibly poor.

I love Nap Loungewear. The products are of high quality. So Soft and easy to wear. Very comfortable. They might seem a little pricey but they are worth it.

This was one of the most hideous garments I have ever received. The pictures depicted a light and airy dress, but the object I received is a piece of polyester garbage that looks more akin to a smock than a dress. The sizing is off - the dress is tight in the arms, and the wearer is unable to put their arms down without experiencing discomfort.

To make matters worse, it took over a month for me to receive the garment. I had reached out to customer service twice, inquiring on the status, and never received a response. I would never shop here again.

Ships directly from China. Material of socks are soft, but thickness and quality of the socks are not what I was expecting, especially at the price. I feel scammed.

I was gifted the waist tie crop set. I love the material, color and the fit but unfortunately, I wore it to travel and within moments of landing I found the zipper was broken from the bottom yet still connected at the top. Tried to unzip and the pants broke. There was no strenuous movement or even unzipping of the pants to cause them to break.

Super slow shipping! I order a lot online and have never encountered slower shipping or a worse tracking system. Needs much improvement!

I have not been able to get in touch with customer service to assist me with a return. I see that I am not supposed to pay for shipping twice, yet there seems to be no mechanism to get a shipping label?

"Luxury" is something different. The prices are not worth the quality. Bad seams and lints just after one day of wearing. Unfortunately they say they don't have a local adress for returns and they just refund half of the shipping costs back to China.

I love almost everything that I see from Naploungewear. However the only issue I have is that it takes forever to receive the items I buy. Always a month to receive!!!

This is the second sweater I’ve purchased. Just beautiful

The sweater I ordered is very large on me, and is a MEDIUM. The dress I ordered is very small and a LARGE. There is no consistency in your sizing, which is especially frustrating given the difficulty I am finding in creating a RETURN label. The package arrived with no labels, no receipt included, no instructions for returns, and a strange California address on the outside which had no relationship to your European online address. Nice clothes- bad customer service.
