Terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience with Mango. I placed an order and waited several days while it sat in âpreparationâ status, only for it to be suddenly cancelled with the excuse that the item was ânot available.â How is it not available when it was clearly showing as in stock on the website?
When I contacted customer service, their response made it even worse â they casually said the item was âphysically unavailable,â as if that explains anything. So your system shows items available when theyâre not? Completely misleading and unprofessional.
It doesnât stop there. I also processed a return, and it stayed stuck as âbeing processedâ for an entire month. Because of their delay, my return period actually expired, and I had to escalate the issue to the main office just to get it resolved. Thatâs unacceptable.
Overall, extremely poor service, lack of accountability, and a frustrating customer experience from start to finish. I would not recommend this shop at all.

Mango service has deteriorated over the years, I have ordered an item that has not been delivered yet , they are now offering a discount and won't extend it to me although I have not received the item yet , they won't accept store returns though it's listed as an option in their app, not to mention the very low quality . I do not recommend at all.
Terrible overall service
Bought a jacket in store when I was in London for the day but it didnât fit well. I live in a rural area and the nearest store is over 50 miles away. Unfortunately I missed the 30 day returns period by 2 days, the store wouldnât take it back and customers services refused to let me post it back. Said I was happy to take a credit note rather than a refund but still refused. Very difficult to contact a real person in customer services and very inflexible in attitude. Shanât be spending any more money with Mango. Terrible customer service.

Es kommen nur standardisierte Antworten, Ware soll auf eigene Kosten zurÌckgeschickt werden und am Ende war sogar noch die Adresse falsch, sprich das Paket kam zurÌck. Keinerlei Hilfe, Kulanz oder kundenfreundliche, pragmatische Lösung so wie man dies von anderen Unternehmen kennt. Am Ende bleibt man auf dem Schaden sitzen. Mango, nein danke und nie wieder!

Cliente depuis plusieurs années, tout se passait bien jusqu'à ce que leur systÚme de chÚque fidélité change. Une grosse arnaque. ChÚque soit disant déclenché à partir de 1700 points. J'en ai 3500 et aucun chÚque... Le service clients robotisé me dit que cela est lié à mon pays d'origine qui est noté à la Réunion...
Truc improbable car je n'ai jamais changé quoi que ce soit dans mon profil qui, jusqu'à présent, était correct. AprÚs des échanges improbables sur WhatsApp et par mail, on me demande de faire une capture d'écran de mon adresse avec le pays d'origine et de leur envoyer. Or, la fonctionnalité de leur application ne permet pas les screenshots. Je fais donc un copier coller qui, bien évidemment, n'est pas valide à leurs yeux. Bref, fuyez cette enseigne qui ne respecte ni ses engagements et encore moins ses clients

I had the most amazing experience with a staff member called Winny at the Mango Brent Cross branch.
Itâs my mumâs birthday next week, and she had her heart set on a suit from Mango. I managed to buy the blazer, but the matching trousers were completely out of stock online and unavailable in stores. After searching everywhere, I found there was just one pair left in her size all the way in the Brent Cross branch, while I live in Manchester.
I called the store and spoke to Winny. She explained that store transfers arenât something they usually do, but instead of just leaving it there, she went out of her way to check the stockroom and confirmed they had the trousers.
What she did next honestly shocked me she offered to go to the post office before work and send them out to me so theyâd arrive in time for my mumâs birthday.
This level of kindness and effort is so rare. She didnât have to do any of that, but she did. She kept me updated, sent me the receipt, and made sure everything was sorted.
Winny is an absolute asset to Mango. Because of her, I have so much respect for the brand, and Iâll definitely be shopping here more in the future.
More than 5 stars thank you so, so much. Youâve genuinely made my mumâs birthday.

Vorsicht bestellt nicht bei Mango! Betrug! Es werden absichtlich keine RÃŒcksendelabel ins Paket gelegt. Dann Kontakt man den Kundenservice wird nur angeschnauzt und es wird einem nicht geholfen und auch kein RÃŒcksendelabel zur VerfÃŒgung gestellt. Man wird gezwungen, die Sachen zu behalten.

No customer service to complain
I received a faulty item, the stitching of a bath mat came undone after a couple of washings, and I have tried to email, what'sup, call, but I haven't been able to reach them. I finally called a shop for help but the email address she gave me won't work either. Life is too short to have to go through this because Mango is so cheap to have a proper customer service department. I will never buy their low quality products again.

Still waiting information about my home collection for two orders.... It's almost one month while I'm trying to reach someome who will arrange my home collection for my two orders. Writing everyday to mango customer service..everyone are saying they will manage my return, but know is still giving me a feedback about this situation.

I purchased an item in store, but since it wasnât available, I was told it would be delivered there for me to pick up. Not only did it take two weeks to âarriveâ (when I was told 3 to 5 days), but when I finally went to the store, the staff couldnât even find my order.
I asked for a refund on the spot, since I purchased in the store, but they told me they couldnât process it and that I needed to contact customer support. Little did I know this was just the beginning of the problem.
I emailed customer support explaining the situation and requesting a refund. They proceeded to send me THREE emails insisting my order was at the store (it wasnât). Eventually, they acknowledged that the item had been lost and asked for my banking details.
I provided my information, and thatâs when the most frustrating loop of my life started.
For context, I bought the item in Paris, but I live in Lisbon. I paid with a Portuguese card and do not have a French bank account. When I sent my details, they replied saying they needed my French banking information. I explained that I do not have a French account and that the purchase was made with my Portuguese card.
They replied AGAIN asking for my FRENCH banking information.
I explained AGAIN.
Then they asked AGAIN for my FRENCH BANKING INFORMATION.
At that point, Iâll admit I lost my patience, because it genuinely felt like I was speaking to a bot. I sent a very angry email explaining for the third time that I DO NOT HAVE A FRENCH BANK ACCOUNT. All I wanted was to reach an actual person who could understand a simple situation. By then, it had already been two weeks since I first contacted support. Over a month since I bought the item.
Then, they respond to me, and you are not ready for this: they claimed my IBAN was incorrect because it has 25 characters instead of 27.
So once again, I had to explain: PORTUGUESE IBANS HAVE 25 CHARACTERS. FRENCH IBANS HAVE 27. AND I HAVE ALREADY TOLD YOU FOUR TIMES THAT MY IBAN IS PORTUGUESE.
They then finally answer saying guess what: WE CANâT REFUND PORTUGUESE IBANS SO GO BACK TO THE STORE. Well, dear Mango, I went to the store and they told to contact customer service, so what do you want me to do???
Then I answer explaining going to the store is not an option, since they are the ones that told me they canât refund me in the first place. Also added that what they are doing is IBAN discrimination and itâs illegal under SEPA.
You will not believe their next move: THEY BLOCKED MY EMAIL, AND I CAN'T ANSWER ON THE THREAD ANYMORE.
So, hey Mango, I opened a dispute with my bank and contacted ECC. This is the easiest case on earth for some lawyers wanting to make a few euros. Thank you for nothing.
