So we were contacted by this amazing forward thinking company who wanted to donate some medication to our guinea pig rescue. We were thrilled with the offer as we are completely self funded and so every bit of help is amazing and enables us to carry on helping these amazing little animals. We received the medication the following day, we were amazed. We can’t recommend this company enough, forward thinking, excellent communication, super fast delivery and have the animals heart at the forefront. Come on other company’s, take a leaf out of this fantastic company’s book!

Absolutely fantastic, Jason @ Naqua messaged me as I run a Guinea pig rescue and kindly offered us some ivermectin that was short dated as they didn’t want it to go to waste. This is a massive help to us as a self funded rescue and such a generous gesture from the company. We also couldn’t believe the amount they sent us! A box absolutely full of ivermectin, mange treatment and more treatment. Thankyou so much it made a huge difference to us and all our rescues in our care

I emailed a question to Naqua, I needed help and advice regarding my cockerel’s lice and mite infestation - and of course the hens in his flock who were also suffering. Despite it being past Naqua’s closing time Jason rang me straight away when we discussed my problem and he talked me through the treatment. I subsequently ordered the Invermectin and another medication (the name of which I cannot remember just now as I haven’t used any of it yet, just the Invermectin so far). He put my mind at rest and spent more of his own ‘off duty’ time to reply to further queries I had. I would have no hesitation recommending this company to people - they should buy their Invermectin direct through the Naqua website. I was very grateful to Jason and very, very impressed with the customer service he provided. My hens are so much better now having just had the second of the weekly spot-on Invermectin 1% treatments with one more treatment to go in a week’s time when hopefully the lice lifecycle will be completed and my hens will be protected from further infestations. I will always keep some Invermectin on hand - just in case.
