National Passport Service レビュー 

I applied online for my passport renewal on Monday 11th July 2022.
My new passport was delivered today 13th July 2022.
Two day turnaround.
Amazing service.
Well done.

The agents are ignorant about their job. They create facts and use those facts to make decisions. They give conflicting information. They are ignoramnt of the law. They are arrogant and speak with no accountability. Wow, this must be the worst department of the federal government.

Extremely poor service as I applied in Dec 2020 for 2 passports with IDs. I paid in excess of 350.00 December 2020. I was informed that due to covid please expect extended delays. So we waited patiently.

we did receive our passport IDs in late January 2021, but never received our passport books which unfortunately is the most expensive item within this transaction.

we never received any notifications at all - phone, email or other. In October 2021 I started inquiring as it has been too long and no correspondence of any kind. They indicated sorry it has been over 90 days please apply again and pay again.

After several conversations with US passport customer service and managers, communicating unhappy with this standard procedure. In this covid environment, I don't know many people who can just throw away $350 plus dollars.

they are informing if nothing received within 90 days, to restart process and pay all fees. However, when I applied end of December 2020, they only informed me to allow up to 16 weeks due to covid delays. Nothing of this 90 day policy. The 16 weeks they informed me to allow is longer than the internal policy of 90 days to restart and repay US passport fees.

I would not recommend using this company. They do not list a phone number on their website to call, the person who emails you details of how to get your passport will not answer their phone. I've been trying for month to get a refund since they charged my credit card and never got my passport for me. I had to end up doing it myself the old fashion way and already have it back for WAY cheaper. WHAT SCAM this company is. Don't waste your time or money.

Amanda was very good and making clear exactly what we had to do on our end because we had two different passport needs (one renewal, one new). She also was very accurate in telling us the timeline of things working. Which was a relief.

Amanda is very good at what she does! She always answered my calls personally or returned them very promptly. Rarely does anyone give their customers the attention that she does. If anyone can get your passport taken care of, she's the one!

I never went through the process of getting a new passport after I got married and changed my last name, until I had to book an international flight leaving in less than 2 weeks. I was convinced I wouldn’t be able to get a new passport in time- then I found this company after doing a google search. I was still skeptical when I paid for the service and sent all of the documentation to them- turned out to be unnecessary worry. They received my package at their office on Tuesday morning with the completed paperwork and I received my new passport before 9 AM on Friday- just a few days later!! Awesome service. Answered all questions/emails/phone calls promptly. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Given only 4 weeks between business trips to renew my passport, including the Christmas/New Year holidays, the Passport office really helped me out. Including postage (recorded delivery) times from/to my home in Italy, my new passport arrived only 2.5 weeks after I had sent it!

I was a little weary of using a service like this. However the USPS method would of taken 2-4 weeks using the fastest method not to mention waiting in a long line for an hour.

Amanda at National Passport Service was amazing. She notified me every step of the way of the status of the passport. Believe me the cost is worth every penny. I had my new Passport 5 days later delivered Fed-Ex 8am! I can now go on my trip with peace of mind now that I have my updated Passport.

The passport office turned around my online application in 4 days. I had just under 3 weeks to go before my trip, so i was worried I was cutting it a bit fine, but as the reviews were so good I thought I would trust what others said. I was not disappointed, I received regular updates informing me of each stage and when i would receive it. I was really impressed.

Amanda was professional, patient and great to work with. We received our passports quickly. Would recommend anyone in a bind looking to get their passport application processed fast to use the service and ask for Amanda.

I am in a service/sales role myself and pride myself on the genuine aspects of which I treat my customers. I was VERY impressed with Amanda's 'above-and-beyond' approach and her genuine willingness to do whatever it took to make sure my situation was handled fully! I cannot thank Amanda enough for all she did for me and the level of service I received from her!
