Good service from Bury branch. My only issue is the man who tried to fix the crack at my home ended up sending me to Bury for a full replacement windscreen. There a branch on Derby Road Bolton, which would have been far more convenient for me to travel to as I live in Bolton.

Great job done by national windowscreens bury
Guys at national windowscreens kept me informed right through the window replacement
Staff were friendly and all so informed me the last replacement that was done by manchester windows was not done to a high standards and they had left a bolt loose plus the seal was not done properly these guys sorted that and fitted the new window to very high standard and all so calibrated the censors in the glass i would highly recommend these guys and wont be using manchester windows again

Following on from my previous review…
Following on from my previous review highlighting the poor service and poor quality of repair carried out by the bury branch to which national windscreens replied that it would be addressed,,,,the outcome was 'luve with the poor repair or pay for a new replacement screen!!' ,,,what fabulous customer service! ,,,,,trusting the bury branch to replace the screen without causing issues with the many sensors was simply not worth the risk,,,I was offered to contact another branch to have the replacement carried out but having had such poor service this far I'm just going to live with the shoddy repair ,,,if you can avoid using national windscreens bury I would strongly advise you do so , the only reason for the 2 stars is that the customer service department were quite quick in responding to the issue even though the outcome wasn't positive .
