We had numerous issues last time when we had a windscreen fitted with the Preston Branch. When our windscreen was damaged by a large stone this time, we discussed with the support team and they booked us into the Bury branch.

Really polite, friendly and professional repairman! Produced smashing results (no pun intended there tho). Sorted within a quick timescale and provided clear instructions on how to manage with cleaning car afterward ect.

Efficient & professional start to finish…
Very efficient and professional from start to finish.. everyone I came in to contact with was professional and courteous from placing the first call to last adjustment. Job itself was very quickly and well done.. happy with the workmanship and the treatment of my car and property.. one wiper stopped working the next week due to a lose fitting but this was sorted without fuss in 1 working day at a local depot..

Success with new windscreen
I was able to leave my car at the facility over 4 nights as the weather was poor. The work was completed to a high standard. I was very satisfied

Took a day off work to get 2 windows…
Took a day off work to get 2 windows fixed, got 1 fixed with 5 days but had loads of messing about with the final glass. Delivered to wrong depot, had to be picked up by technician, I had to phone bury depot numerous times to try get a PM slot, managed to arranged 3pm for when I finished work and the technician phoned me at 10.30am to fit, can't do it later on now I have to wait another 5 days. Absolutely poor customer support, supposed to work around me not the other way round! Still waiting for final glass 12 days later

First class work and friendliness
From the phone call to book us in for the repair right through to picking our car up with it's new windscreen, the communication throughout was spot on and the person dealing with us so friendly. Instructions given to us were very clear and easy to follow
