Poor customer service and utter inconvenience
I may have just been unlucky but my experience of National Windscreens was far from professional. Inconvenient appointment times meaning time off work required, garage wasn’t local and hard to find. Garage was not contactable, arranged to meet me and then closed leaving me outside the premises wondering what’s going on. New screen has a scratch and complaint still hasn’t been handled.

Great Fitters, awful customer service centre!
I booked the replacement for 11 days time, received the confirmation of the booking, received a reminder of the booking, at the end of the day before the morning of the appointment I received a call from your Hastings branch saying they couldn’t make the appointment as they had only just received the instruction from head office. Hastings weren’t very flexible in offering an alternative, I was told Tuesday (4 days later) was the only date they could do, I accepted that as I had no option.
I called customer service to explain I’m self employed and had cleared my diary specifically for this appointment, also said that as this is their mistake, they should be pulling out all the stops to make it happen on the original date that was booked and confirmed, they initially seemed sympathetic and willing to help, placed me on hold, came back to tell me the call was being transferred, next thing I know, I’m talking to the Hastings branch again who’s tone came across as annoyed that I was speaking to him. He said “I’ve already explained this to you… we can’t do that date”
The attitude of customer service generally was that of “we don’t give a crap, you’re just an annoying/inconvenient customer”
The guys fitting the new screen were great! Polite, courteous and professional!
Shame the same can’t be said about the customer service centre.

Really helpful staff
Really helpful staff. To the extent they let me use their office to work while waiting and made me a cup of coffee! Definitely above and beyond.
Quick and efficient service, I only had to wait 90 minutes and new windscreen is great.
Would definitely go back.

Once I had made contact with the depot in Hastings, the people there could not have been more helpful. However, It did take a day for the message to get to them.
