Contacted me with availability the day after window smashed, wrapped it for safety for me to continue to use till window delivered, date given and time allocated, contacted day before to confirm time, contacted on day of appointment and able to fit me in sooner, comfortable place to wait for repair and done in good time, staff pleasant and helpful, would recommend

- clear communication upon arrival
- they have managed to fix my windscreen in super fast time to enable me to pick up my son from school!

Hoddesdon branch not so great.
I understand the need for the vehicle to be operational in order to test the window once it had been repaired. However, I was concerned by the unsolicited advice regarding all of my tyres, particularly as this appeared unrelated to the windscreen issue. It gave the impression that additional charges were being encouraged unnecessarily. My dash cam was ripped from the window and thrown on the passenger seat. As a result of this experience, I do not intend to return to the Hoddesdon branch. The staff were not very welcoming.

Pretty certain I’ve already left…
Pretty certain I’ve already left feedback but another feedback request had landed in my inbox. Chris from the Hoddesdon branch replaced my windscreen as it was badly damaged from a rock thrown from the back of a skip lorry. I had to leave it with them at their workshop as my windscreen has sensors behind it which needed recalibration afterwards. All I can say is Chris was a complete professional and did a great job. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5
