I was unfortunately not home when he called but…
I was unfortunately not home when the technician called. I thought I might have been send an ETA as a previous email had mentioned. The gentleman who came to fix my windscreen was really nice about it and sat and waited for me to frantically return. He was very polite and didn’t let me feel bad about not being there. He was professional and quick despite him feeling under the weather. I am very pleased with the results.

Great experience
It was a great experience from start to finish. Staff were extremely helpful and the person I spoke to in Liverpool branch went over and above to get the glass in for me. To get it fitted in a few days when it was a special order was so good.
The fitter arrived on time and did a really good
job. My vehicle was left clean and free of glass shards.
