Only thing that could have made even a better impact was if this could have been executed at my workplace as there was a lot of planning to reschedule my working day bringing the car to your centre
This is what I would prefer in future and would check before I purchase an insurance policy

Good Service
I dealt with National Windscreens through my insurance company, to repair a chip.
NW were on it very quickly and tried to schedule me in ASAP. On the day, the technician was very friendly and clear with what work he would undertake. He explained that the chip had actually been repaired before (I hadn't realised when I bought the car, as it was low down and out of line of sight). This meant that the existing resin could prevent the fresh resin from completely flowing throughout the defect. He did say that it would still strengthen the area but it probably wouldn't be totally transparent. Nevertheless, a good result was achieved. I was also informed that, as NW hold my details, I could go to them directly in the future for a repair on my insurance.

windscreen replacement
everything was straightforward. staff were helpful and polite.
booking system could have been more helpful as I was originally given a date for a home installation which turned out not to be available as my screen needed to be calibrated at one of your depots. i would have thought this would have been obvious at the start from my vehicle model number

Very fast and efficient service
Don't think the process could have been any easier. Arrived at my allotted time, handed over my keys and left it the vehicle with them. Received a text about 2 hours later saying it was ready to pick up. No fuss, just fast efficient service. Team were helpful and happy to assist. Will definitely return should I need to in the future.
