Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service agent at 9.30pm - confirmed next available appointment & booked accordingly. Staff at Maidstone depot were polite & friendly. I was advised it could take up to 2 hours (I found a local cafe as I had to wait) but actually received a message after 30 minutes to advise that the car was ready. The job had been prioritised by staff as they knew I was waiting! A pleasant change to find somewhere using initiative.

Very poor workmanship
Very poor workmanship. The technician had to return a second time because the first windscreen arrived damaged. Although the replacement was eventually fitted, the job was careless—there are now several scratches on the bodywork, along with fingerprints left on the pillars. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Screen still chipped and security of vehicle
Repair is poor and the guy left my back door open on a side street if my daughters friend had not of walked passed could of been like it for days as I don’t use the car much

The new screen was not left clean…
The new screen was not left clean internally and had a streaky film on the outside when it first got wet. Not for two days as they tell you not to wash it for two days. The rear view mirror had a huge hand print left on it from the gorilla that was clearly inside my car, not impressed and won’t be rushing back.
