Quicker booking than alternative screen repairs.
Communication, confirmation etc straight forward. Excess rasy to pay through the link. Repair / replacement was quicker than forcast time.

Excellent company - Highly recommend
Went to the Newmarket branch, spoke to Luke who was really helpful and knowledgeable, he rang through to head office for me, gave me a firm quote, which they confirmed in detail by text, less than half the price of Autoglass, and let me use his phone to sort out an appointment for them to come to me. Excellent communication, kept me updated at every step, arrived at the time they said, very polite and professional, refused to take any payment until they had finished and I had checked their work, which was excellent, hallelujah! Excellent customer service, like you used to get back in the day. Well done Kiran and Regan you are excellent ambassadors for your company and well done National Windscreens, we will recommend you to our friends, family and mechanic.

Good service from National Windscreen
On the whole a good service from National Windscreen and their fitter. Phoned to confirm arrival time but unfortunately turned up with wrong Windscreen which was not a good start. The fitter had to return to depot and come out again later in the day which was a little inconvenient but job finished to a high standard thanks to him.

A Circus
Took my car in for a new windscreen. On picking up the car, I noticed the trims on both sides of the screen were fitted badly. Not level and uneven gaps. On the inside, the cover by the interior mirror was loose. All the clips were broken off. Told a replacement part would be ordered. been up 3 times to chase up part. Been back today 29/07/25 as I was told part was in . Got to National Windscreens surprise surprise no part. All they do is get on the phone and have a laugh and joke with the person on the other end. AVOID, Would rather drive around with a broken screen. I do hope not all windscreen companies are like this. It has cost me time and money. Very very angry.

Above and beyond
Booked in for a replacement of my Windscreen on Wednesday afternoon, however when I arrived for my appointment found that the booking system had incorrectly booked me in for the morning. The team was under some pressure for time, however as it was not my mistake they agreed to do the job. Luke who worked on my car, did an excellent job. I suspect he went without lunch to get the job done. Thanks very much - five stars !
