Asked for a morning appointment
Asked for a morning appointment. T@Cs say “we can’t guarantee it but we’ll try”. This is the second repair I’ve had done by national windscreens and both times the technician arrived at the last possible time, 445pm. Maybe my village is the final stop on that vans route and it there is zero chance of a morning slot but with web van tracking not working either I’ve sat round all day waiting for a 15min job. No issue with repair or technician but surely there is a better way to do this which wastes less of my time.

mixed experience
Booked on the app around 2.5 weeks in advance and on the day appointment cancelled as no glass.
Phoned over 2 days and told no idea when glass to be delivered. Last call around lunchtime on Thursday and after speaking to Aviva on Thursday you rang next morning glass delivered and fixing booked.
Not sure how things changed so quickly - no info and next morning glass delivered !!!
Fitters at Newmarket did a great job - good fit and car tidy

Left me with a stained interior
Only informed the day before that preferred time wasn’t possible despite booking a month ahead. Workers left oily marks on the interior of the car. Waiting for this to be dealt with. Person on phone very aggressive.

Great service, i arrived early and that was no problem they got straight on with it...offered tea or coffee, wi fi so i watched a film on my ipad... road test and car handed over..
