Been trying to get through for several hours on the 24hr helpline, just goes to some lovely music, not much help though. Answering the phone would be a bonus!!

Excellent service i arrived ten minutes early and was greeted by a very polite and friendly gentleman who explained everything to me and showed me to a nice warm waiting room. My windscreen was mended exactly on time and again everything was explained to me! 10/10 fabulous thank you highly recommended
