Had a large crack in top passenger side of my windscreen, rang up and booked in for a replacement through my insurance. No issues nice and simple and job was completed.

Annoyed
Honestly very happy that I got a new window fitted but when I came back to the car, lots of rubbish was left in the car from the install. Little bits of rubber everywhere.
Also the newly fitted rubber window surround is poorly trimmed.

Mixed experience
I didn’t like the fact I was booked in for a fitting on my drive 2 days after I called. I made arrangements to be here and then received a message to say that I would have to book an appointment at the garage for calibration but had to wait 16 days.
However when I arrived the staff were lovely, friendly and efficient and I only had to wait 2 hours not 4 as indicated.

The camera housing was broken
The camera housing was broken, not told after fitting of new windscreen. Has been inspected and awaiting new housing.

Windscreen wasn't fitted and inspected…
Windscreen wasn't fitted and inspected properly before hand over. It had been pushed to the left side, leaving a gap on the right side and also the same error with the top of the screen as the glass is sitting much more lower, covering half of the car identification number.
While I have accepted a refund of the excess due to the poor standard of work, there hasn't been an offer to fix the issue due to their negligence or even, as a gesture of good will to correct the poor work done.
I then received an email stating an appointment was scheduled and work has since been completed and this is not true. I've sent an email about a week ago and still waiting for a response.

Screen fitted faulty
Screen fitted faulty, had to wait for a long time for the screen to be fitted no mobile fitting service. Lady is n office very unhappy!
