The technician was polite and friendly and respectful of the equipment in the car. Suggested i take the car into them due to the heat which was fine for me.

Disappointing experience
Whist I cannot fault the staff and the service I received on both my visits it was very irritating to have to return the vehicle as the screen would not calibrate on the first visit.
I do not live anywhere near the fitting centre and the screen couldn’t be fitted at home as it required calibration. An hour’s journey each way on both occasions was both time consuming and tiring to say the least.
Today as the car sat in the sunshine the on screen device fell off though thankfully it seems to have stuck when reattached! I do not wish to have to return for a third time !!

Excellent service
Excellent service. Arranging a replacement windscreen was very straightforward forward. The technician turned up on the day agreed and the installation process was quick and very professional. Highly recommended.

Very rude and abrupt
Very rude and abrupt. I was told I had a 4 hour morning appointment but when I got a call to confirm the day before was told it wasn’t booked until 10.30. Dropped car off at 8.30 and said I needed it back at 3pm latest. Didn’t hear anything all day so phoned at 3 to be told it would be another hour!! Just to finish it off the wipers miss a large patch on the new screen. Very disappointing

Very good, only a very minor niggle
No acknowledgement on arrival and made to wait a few minutes but otherwise service was very good.
