My daughter had her screen replaced at…
My daughter had her screen replaced at Thetford. Had sensor issues which they resolved. First heavy rainfall 6 days later (late at night on M11) the passenger arm broke and stopped in the middle of the screen. The driver’s wiper then got snagged and broke off. 3 hours standing in the rain waiting for recovery to be told the retaining bolt on the spindle hadn’t been tightened properly and since quoted over £300 to replace. No apology from National Windscreens just told they don’t cover any damage or faulty workmanship. AVOID.

Stay clear!!
My windscreen was replaced in September to which a scratched screen was fitted so they had to re-replace. After canceling on me numerous times it eventually got sorted BUT an interior trim was damaged in the process…
2 months later!! (7 booked appointments)
After so much time wasting, messing around etc I eventually got a technician to come out to replace the part they damaged but he didn’t replace it, just used a knife to ‘clean it up’ and off he went again.
I was promised the trim that was ordered specifically for my car would be posted to me & a £50 goodwill gesture sent back, I have received the £50 but no trim and now they do not respond to me.
Being self employed I have lost so much time & money due to being constantly messed around by national windscreens with let down appointments etc and now even more out of pocket with a trim that I have to replace👍🏻

Great Job done
The fitter was very good. He let me know 20 minutes before he arrived and did a great job fitting the windscreen. He was courteous and professional. Tidied up afterwords and took all rubbish with him. Thank you Kiran D 👍

Very friendly and helpful service
Very friendly and helpful service. The windscreen was fitted promptly and seems to be as good as new. It is a pity there isn't a branch nearer to us.

There was no portable car covering for the gentleman to use as it was raining so was going to cancel but luckily neighbour let us use there garage otherwise would have been hassle to rearrange.
