Knowledgeable and welcoming
This is a great shop, I often pop in on
my lunchbreak to stock up on treats and visit with my pup he has been going there since he was tiny! Since they moved we have found it easier to visit.
Remus loves helping them clean off the shelves and help himself to extra treats! The staff there are so lovely and welcoming and knowledgeable!

Brilliant delivery service
Brilliant service, I live in a BS postcode and after making an order online at 11:30am my dog food was delivered at 2:30pm (at no cost to me as I spent over the minimum for local delivery). The frozen food was delivered in a styrene box, all completely frozen still as youâd hope. Really pleased with Natural Treats, so much choice and good prices. Will be continuing to use for the foreseeable!
