Absolutely the worst experience ever, fraudulent boat owner, totally incompetent website, and a lot of money down with no way of getting it back. I accidentally came across Frontier Invest Corp and they saved the day for me.

Avoid d at all cost, totally untrustworthy

Lost so much money, I don't know how they go on robbing innocent people from their hard earned money and making them desperate to get more amount to get out of the situation and I personally knew a person who is on the verge of suicide due to the pressure

Hello I lost my money on Nautal platform after completing 40bookings three times negative amount shown now my money is stuck inside can anybody help me with please and fake platform website wwwdotnautaldotonlineslashlogin

I want my payment back 🔙.i invest my money and complete 40 tasks and the platform can not provide me withdraw and now i am losing my money because they reset my 40 task .And they create 4 time negative number.Any one have solution please help me .

Ein wahres Erlebnis!

Ich war Anfangs skeptisch, online ein Boot zu mieten und den Preis voraus zu zahlen aber es hat von Anfang bis zum Ende alles gepasst. In Medulin konnte ich vorab das Boot besichtigen und mit dem Vermieter telefonisch Kontakt aufnehmen das mich dann beruhigte. Ich werde wieder über Nautal ein Boot mieten.

My rental boat was immensely problematic. I was told the team had no time to service the boats between rentals but that our boat was fine. It was not. The clamp brackets to attach the mainsail to the mast was broken. The starboard engine battery was dysfunctional. The alternator belt was so worn that the maintenance man we had to call told us the boat was unsafe. The dinghy motor was completely broken and had to be replaced. Nautal was completely unhelpful when we contacted them and wanted to to discuss. They never offered and in fact refused to have a live discussion. They don't seem to care if their boats are safe or not.

Der Service ist absolut spitze. Alle sind super freundlich und auch sehr hilfsbereit. Die Einweisung zum Hausboot war einwandfrei, man hatte sich dafür sehr viel Zeit genommen. Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Hausboot und alles verlief reibungslos. Das war unser erster Hausboot Urlaub aber definitiv nicht unser letzter. Einfach nur empfehlenswert um aus der Hektik des Alltags zu flüchten. Vielen Dank Nautal für diesen Urlaub.

Buchung hat super geklappt

Obwohl sehr spontan, war die Kommunikation und Abwicklung mega professionell und nett. Das Boot war sauber, im einwandfreieren, technischen Zustand. Nach professioneller Einweisung ging’s los und hat viel Spaß gemacht. Die App zur Anzeige der verbotenen/erlaubten Gebiete und zum Tracking des Bootes, war klasse und gab ne gewisse Sicherheit.
Insgesamt - im positivsten Sinne: man bekommt, was man bezahlt.

Direkter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter vor Ort wäre einfacher gewesen, Fragen wurden nicht weitergegeben.
Nachverfolgung der Zahlung hat nicht ohne mehrfaches hin und her geklappt.

Sehr guter Service! Ich wurde sehr gut beraten und alles lief reibunslos ab! Zu empfehlen.

Ten eerste: op jullie site had ik een boot geboekt voor de huur van 1 dag; zo stond het er ook op.
Ik kreeg te horen dat dit een foutje was, en dat ik voor een hele dag moest bijtalen. Dit heb ik gedaan.

Ten tweede: stond er in de advertentie, dat de ligplaats van de boot de haven van San Vincenzo was. Maar op de bevestiging stond de haven van Livorno. Toen ik daarover heb gevraagd aan jullie, werd mij verteld dat dit hetzelfde was. Maar dat klopt niet. Dat ligt een uur verder weg!!

Ten Derde: het was erg onduidelijk wat het precieze adres was waar we ons moesten melden en er was geen telefoonnummer van de boot verhuurder doorgegeven aan ons.
De verhuurder was ook niet op het afgesproken tijdstip daar en dat duurde nog een half uur.

Ten Vierde:
De boot was totaal NIET de boot zoals op de foto. Het was een erg oude boot die er niet eens op leek. Een 40 PK motor was het ook niet!

Ten vijfde:
Bij het weggaan is niet gecontroleerd of de tank vol zat met benzine, maar bij het inleveren moest ik wel meekijken hoeveel er uit de tank was en contant het verbruik afrekenen.

Alles bij elkaar erg onprofessioneel allemaal. Wij hebben wel vaker een boot gehuurd en dat ging allemaal veel prettiger en duidelijker.

The original boat I reserved was not available and they refuse to refund the paid amount.

Please do not use that company! The boat was in very bad whape and not even safe to sail. Not only they ruined my holidays, but after I requested a refund, they stopped answering my emails.
