Very helpful to manage trades as well optimising Tax.

Fantastic software, great way to manage my portfolio and tax time much easier.

Looks nice and easy to follow along. You have great training and how to's as well that assists us as the customer. Plus Australian which is very nice.

Extremely user friendly, the one thing I am hoping for is that the phone app gets more features.

I been with Navexa, probably from the year they got launched and has first handedly experienced the tremendous development their platform and their support service has gone through. I am with them for few years now for one main reason that they are voluntarily and personally available to guide/help when you need them, although their AI bot is also always there for generic prompt help as needed. I wish they would hold their technology and service passion always high going ahead too.

Support from James has been great!! You get a 4 instead of a 5 because there are some problems when I want to find out today's results (intraday)...probably due to the time differences between Australia and the US.

A system which is a MUST for those having numerous investment holdings across several brokers. Easy to use, intuitive and great dashboards to measure performance. Has Tax reporting to make that time of the year a breeze. Ability to handle multiple portfolios and consolidtae for overall performance view. Ive been managing my portfoio in the past manually in excel, however it is very time consuming, heavy on data entry and takes a lot of effort. The system also has the capability to link with your broker to auto import future trades (BUY & SELL) into the system. This system is a MUST have for those having large portfolio's and I highly recommend the same.

New still learning but love it so far, Dark mode is a great feature.

Customer support excellent. Does the job of tracking well. Feels a bit expensive. Going to be a godsend however when Australia's new capital gains tax rules come into effect.

This is the first time I'm using Navexa to do my tax reporting and I'm amazed at how quick and easy it made it. The reports were automatic and I could see exactly how much CGT would cost me before making the decision to sell, so I did. I'm very happy with it and can't recommend Navexa highly enough.

Easy onboarding of Investment platforms. Great step by step instructions. Where there is confusion, the team at Navexa are very friendly, really helpful, down to earth and easy to talk to. They don't make you feel stupid at all. Even when you are feeling a bit that way.

Hit the contact button as reports weren't loading. Within 2 minutes got a reply. Which was helpful also, asked further questions which were helpful and the someone else emailed me and fixed the report i needed....all with in minutes....such a great support system.....exemplary!!!!

Works well saves me money when I see accountant.

The tax system is only becoming more complicated and as my investments are increasingly diversified, I needed something to help. Cue Navexa. I am better prepared for the 25/26FY and beyond. Thanks Nav.

I contacted Navexa as was running out of time to get share reports and I had limited help with the other crowd I used to use. I actually had 2 people offer help almost immediately and with their advice, was able to forward the figures to them. I signed up to get the required reports for tax purposes and found them clearly set out. It was quite painless and I am more than satisfied with the assistance I was given. I will continue to use Navexa in future.
