Unreliable (East Lothian)

Didn't turn up when arranged and couldn't get through to customer services at 10am in the morning (23.09.25)! Left a Chat messageshortly after, so waiting to see if there's any response to that!!

EDIT Ryan contacted me and admitted there was an issue. I appreciated his honesty and owning the issue. The team were promptly sent to assess the infestation problem and looking forward to them returning to complete the works.

worked out great

After initial problems (down to technology it was discovered) I have received the most amazing service from NBC with personal intervention from senior management followed by superb service from 2 representatives. Happy customer now!

This company is the biggest scam I’ve


This company is the biggest scam I’ve ever seen. Impossible to get in touch with . Comes for one visit and never comes again. I’ve been trying to contact them for almost a year now. Disgusting work

There is no issue with the engineer - however

There is no issue with the engineer, or the quality of work - but I am continuously sent reports that are for another Biffa location and despite numerous emails and conversations with NBC staff, I am still being sent reports that are not for my site.

The gentleman that comes with the hawk is very approachable, people often ask him about the hawk and he happily chats with them and explains the process of what he is doing. This is very well received and is very popular

great help with mice issue

Had an on going mice issue i couldn't sort after trying almost everything, landlords called them out and we found not only the place they keep coming in but their experince and knowledge with better traps and tools was a huge help and hopefully no more will come around, lovely people too

Problem Solved!

We had a problem with rodents in the loft. They had chewed through wires and could be heard in the cavity wall.
Mick came from NDC and over the course of a few visits eliminated the problem.
Mick kept us fully informed and involved and was really professional and diligent.
Thank you Mick. You're a star!
