quick response did exactly what was required and agreed

* Home Emergency Claim raised with Admiral Monday 11th November due to rodent infestation in loft - claim passed to Sedgwick as this was sub-contracted to them.
* Sedgwick referred us to NBC Environment Ltd - Rodent Inspection Firm Weds 13th November.
* First visit Friday 15th November (engineer turned up with no prior notice in spite of being advised by NBC that we would get a call ahead of arrival) - no evidence found (other than our reports of noise), no action taken - engineer told us to keep listening and revert to company if persists.
* Notified by Sedgwick of claim closure by text Monday 25th November.
* Called Admiral / Sedgwick to query and ensure claim not closed and that engineer follow up visit was confirmed.
* Did not hear back from anyone despite being assured that we would hear back.
* Engineer’s 2nd visit Friday 29th November - no contact to let us know he was coming (having previously asked for an afternoon appointment if possible when calling Admiral / Sedgwick earlier in the week following text notification of claim closure). It was only by good fortune that someone was home (I was at an appointment & my wife was due to go out).
* All the bait (3 blocks x 6 bait trays) was eaten by rodents within days.
* Awaiting engineer’s return visit - confirmed verbally by Sedgwick but no indication of when to expect arrival.
* I moved trays to where bait had been taken in extension loft - taken from rear right and close to hatch.
* I moved trays in boarded loft to behind foil insulation above our bedroom as this is where we could hear them moving.
* Both trays eaten and traces of droppings left as evidence - mice?
* As engineer wasn’t coming back for 2 weeks (we called to request earlier follow up based on increased noise in a number of areas above us) - request declined.
* Friday 6th December, I purchased 2 tubs (30 x 10g bait blocks) of rodent poison and placed them in the empty trays from which the previous bait had been taken - this was all taken same night (we could hear bait being dragged around the loft floors) - above the office, kitchen, hallway & both bedrooms.
* Bought more poison (30 x 20g blocks) - put this down on Sunday 8th December but only 5 blocks taken so far.
* Last night (12th Dec) was first night that we haven’t heard any movement.
* Noticed faint smells (dead rodents?) yesterday when inspecting - will see how it is today when Inspection happens.
* Engineer did not arrive after waiting in ALL DAY today. Called NBC at 16:45 to be advised that engineer had "broken down" and wasn't going to make it today. No-one thought to let us know after waiting over 8 hours for him to arrive. We called Sedgwick today at 13:15 to check the engineer was definitely coming and were told yes.
* This just gets worse!

I keep getting job sheets for five lanes when I have informed your office of the sites I manage on several occassions. It does get frustrating.

After 2.5 years of pest problems in my home and being sent a couple of staff, NBC sent Daniel, he attended numerous times and tried numerous different treatments and inspections. nbc then sent me Mikel who just aswell went over and beyond by adjusting his schedule to meet with contractors at the property to get the job done. Both Daniel and Mikel went over and beyond their remits to ensure effective treatment, the most amazing work attitude and ethic, empathy, sympathy, and outstanding skills and plan making to successfully eradicate the problem. The fact that two employees can really change the narrative of an organisation that has failed in my problem numerous times is outstanding. They should be greatly rewarded to the best of NBCs ability for their hard work, organisation skills, great communication and thorough investigative and treatment plans. Without them this would be a complaint rather than gratitude.

great pest control engineers polite curteous very professional, efficient great work ethics very informative NBC should be proud to have Mikael & Scott working for them as they are brilliant ambassadors for NBC & the pest control profession in my opinion they are the Muttz Nuttz.

Anthony from NBC environment attended my property due to mouse activity being found in my loft. Anthony was very professional and found out where the mice were entering the property and dealt with the issue promptly. I would highly recommend NBC and Anthony for anything pest related

Send out random texts with dates expecting people to be available, with out calling to make an appointment.

Ignorant customer service who put the phone down.
when you wait in all day for a job that is book, you give the job ref and the rude customer service insist you didn't want the job done!

Pest control, turn up with no appointment booked.

What an incompetent attitude.

Customer service,have no skills of communication, unless you agree.

What is very worrying, after waiting in all day how the customer service insist you didnt want any one to do the job, so they put the job on hold.

What has happened to society, if you speak up ,they quickly lie and try to shut you down!

Rubbish company after 3 visit no results absolutely zero help asked numerous times for quote for proofing and got no answer. Workers are lazy you have to repeatedly ask them to check rooms they won't take the initiative and check themselves.

Noticed a pungent smell coming from the bedroom which was traced to a huge hornets nest in the loft space that was 2 feet by 2 feet the hornets were 2 inches long
Paul tuckwell attended from nbc to treat the nest he entered the loft to treat the nest and was attacked and stung on several occasions by large numbers of hornets. Despite this he carried on being stung and finished the job. Truly professional at all times,my wife and I ,both pensioners are extremely grateful for this excellent service. Paul deserves a medal. We look forward to NBC returning to remove the nest. We recommend this company to anyone.

Phil from the Southeast team was called out to my property on the 10/08/2023 to deal a what I thought was a rat.
Phil was very professional and efficient in locating the the entire point and what may have caused the issue in the first place.
In the end Phil attended the property three occasions and ensured that the problem was resolved. He kept me updated on the days he was booked to come to do the re-visits so I could have carried on with my day and not sitting indoors waiting.
I'm very happy with the service Phil give on behalf of the company and I'm confident that I will be pest free in the future.
I would say Phil is a very valuable asset to your company.

Phil Holmes was called out to do a follow up on a Wasp nest that the first treatment hadn't fixed (he didn't do the first). He was professional and friendly and advised on what he was going to do differently. He then followed up a week later to check the problem was resolved this time. Great service.

NBC pest control operative Ian on the number of times he's attended my property he's went above and beyond to make sure that myself and little fur baby treacle have been kept as comfortable as possible as i suffer from mental health problems he's propa thorough and extremely professional and kept me aware of the work done can't thank him enough asset to NBC 10 gold stars and he sends reports to home group info about visit

Where do I start! Phillip Holmes is the friendliest, kindest and most helpful working professional I have come across of late! He went above and beyond for me for an ongoing rat problem I have had. He is very professional and knowledgeable in the job that he does and I cannot thank him enough! 5 star guy! 🙌👌

NBC Environment were subcontracted by our insurance company. Dion advised in advance that he would be arriving with a time and he was punctual. He was really very professional, polite and very personable. He went the extra mile and ensured that the wasps nest was removed. Would highly recommend.

Just a quick review I would like to send my thanks to Phil Holmes for sorting out the rodent problem we had ,Phil was a very friendly guy explained everything and very clean and meticulous in every way after a few visits sorted the problem he was punctual with his arrival times,all in all a very professional person the company should be proud to have employees to his standard,this company were excellent from start to finish 5 stars
