Had a wasps nest in the attic, and called Home Emergency cover through Admiral Insurance, who contracted NBC to do the work. Lee Bramley was very efficient and professional in how he dealt with the situation, and he was sympathetic with us as my mother had anxiety due to the wasps coming into her bedroom. I would recommend NBC Environment to anyone with a pest infestation.

I called my insurance company to arrange for them to remove a wasps nest we had discovered. They arranged for a company called NBC Environment to come out and deal with this for us. I was text the day before to be given a time slot of between 8 and 5. The next morning at 8:30 a gentleman named James called me to say he would be with me within the hour. True to his word he arrived within the hour. He was friendly,polite and professional. He dealt with the problem in a timely manner and said if we had any problems within 7 days to give the company a call and they would return to do a respray. Very efficient and I would definitely recommend.

Mick Brown of NBC was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly I would strongly recommend this company for any rodent pest issues.

Contacted NBC via home insurance as had infestation of wasps from nest in loft. From staff in call centre to the operative that came to property, process was fairly straight forward and trouble free. Operative Gary from Warrington office was knowledgeable and efficient. Happy to recommend this company.

Had to use my Home Emergency Policy due to a wasp nest. The operative Gary ‘W’ came out today who was very friendly and polite and dealt with the problem effectively and explained about the chemical he’d used and what to expect whilst leaving me with a leaflet on the ‘wasp nest treatment service’. I was also pleased to receive a text message the day before confirming an appointment and a phone call on the day of the visit to say he was on his way. Thank you.

Thank you Phil Holmes for solving the wasp problem in the extractor vents. He advised to cover up the internal vents and not use for a week. He explained what he would do, that the chemicals would not harm the plants the bees and wasps use or the cat and dog if we kept them away from the area for the rest of the day. He was polite, very clear in what would happen to the wasps and that there would still be some trying to get in to the nest for a week or so. 4 weeks later we have bees, wasps and hornets on the lavender and roses as is normal, none are going to the extractor fan and the powder gradually disappeared. Thank you for a professional, courteous and successful job. I've not been stung in the house since.

Excellent customer service. NBC answered our phone call promptly and arrange for one of their team to come and deal with a wasps nest. The following day Colin arrived early, as requested, very nice chap who was professional, polite and dealt with the wasps nest extremely effectively.

Phil explained the process and kept me informed throughout. Would have no concerns in recommending or using again.

Your operative Pat Adams visited us to clear a wasp problem in the roof he was very friendly and knowledgable and did a fast and efficient job he seems to have cured the problem to our great satisfaction

I cannot praise Phil highly enough. He came out twice over a period of 2 weeks to deal with a really worrying wasp problem. Access to the nest was difficult but with ingenuity, patience & time, he dealt with it.
I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Patrick Adams came out to sort out a fly infestation. We brought the house and this came up on the report. When Pat arrived he assessed the area and gave some great advice. He was on time and very knowledgeable. Pat has treated the loft and is booked in for Dec when they will come back.

Wasp nest gone

Phil was so thorough - came to sort out 1 wasp nest and found 2 more. Sorted out the insurance claim approval, was conscious, clean, considerate, polite, friendly, provided after care information and guidance- excellent all round

Anthony from NBC Environment attended today and treated 3 wasps nests in the rafters of the house. The work was carried out professionally. Anthony was very friendly and polite.

Full marks to Dion McCaffer ... prompt treatment of wasp problem, knew exactly what he was doing - friendly reliable service.

Worryingly we found a wasps nest just outside my 5 year olds window. NBC were arranged to come and then cancelled due to illness which wasn’t ideal. But they get such a high rating as their customer service in the sense of the people you speak to are really nice and polite. Gareth the pest control guy went out of his way to make sure that he sprayed the nests properly and was a thoroughly decent bloke. Hopefully the wasps are dead and our son can move back into his bed!

Gary Butcher was our operative today. He phoned to say that he would be with us in 30 minutes and duly arrived on time.
He had come to extinguish a wasps nest over the front door. Garry explained what he was going to do and how we should expect the nest to be inactive within a week.
Within a short time he had accomplished the task.
Altogether a positive experience from a cheerful operative.

Only booked yesterday to have a wasp nest in our roof dealt with, Anthony arrived this afternoon and job done already ! Anthony was professional and talked through the whole process, would happily recommend him & NBC to anyone else with pest problems.
